I have only given my pup 4 baths since I got her 5 months ago, I have tried two different dog shampoos and they turned her stomach red but then I used baby shampoo she was fine also it has been the same with the wipes. Have you had this happen and what shampoo do you use?

I have a 7 month old jack and she is very picky on food, I have tried several different types of food. The 2 things I have found that she will eat is the bowls of ol' Roy chicken and rice and the ceasar duck, filet mignon and porterhouse, I know wet food is not good for her, so I was wonder what type food does your dog(s) eat and suggestions on how to get a dog to eat dry food without not given her food once a day.

When I got her I tried to keep her from eating the ceasar but when my parents would puppy sit her that is what they would give her, because that is what they feed their dog. And I don't like her eating human food, they feed theirs that also.

My entire family go to church of christ and they believe that is the only religion is right, but my boyfriend is baptist, and I go with him. My family doesn't like it because I am not going to the same church? Should they be able to tell me where I should go

I gave lived on my own for over a year now and have tried to talk to my mom about me moving home for a short time until my boyfriend gets our trailer fixed, but every time I bring it up my mom either will not hear me out or tell me that I should stay where I am. Also when my lease was about to go out on my first apartment she would keep telling me I needed to find another place to live instead of asking me to come home.

The only time they want me around is when they need me or want me here for something, such as when my mom has to be at work early and they need me to get my 10 year old little sister on the bus, or if they need me to check on their 2 year old dog.

Does it seem like they really don't want me around or are using me?

I am having to use human baby shampoo because when I used dog shampoo and wipes, they caused her stomach to turn bright red. So I have switched to baby wipes and shampoo, also her eyes water badly when she goes outside. Has anyone else experienced this?

Which large breeds are usually the calmest.

I have a 6 month old jack russell pup and she is not a big fan of large dog unless they are calm. I am moving and the place I am moving to has been broken into since it has been vacant for a years. I took in my brothers cat on Saturday because she was stressing out because he has two large dogs, so I took her since my pup is about her size thought that it might help reduce her stress. Now my pup is afraid to even walk around my apartment because the cat has attacked her several times and she was not doing anything. Should I give the cat back, at the fear of it stressing out my puppy.

She is my baby and if it is causing her stress I don't want to put her through it.

If their dog is friendly, should the owners be punished when their dog has done nothing wrong?

Sunday afternoon as my brother and were driving thru walmart parking lot there was a guy in his car try to sell his 8 week old American pit bull terrier puppy, well we stopped just to look at it and started talking to him and he told us if he didn't sell it within about an hour for us to come back and he was going to just give her to us. Well he didn't sell her so we got her, he told us that he paid $500 and that he just had to get rid of her because he fell on hard times.
