  • Is it legal for a finance company to modify half a home loan and put the other in collection?

I have a first and second loan with the same finance company, and the company just agreed to modify the loan on my home but I received papers in the mail were they have sold the other half of the loan to a collection company, and I already agreed to the modification and authorized the payments to come automatically out my account. The collection company want a payment in the same time frame. Is this legal

  • traffic ticket/Citation What can be done before the court date?

I had an arrow to make my turn and the traffic on the other side was backing up, so I rolled to the end of the last car on the opposite side and turned, I had made it across the two lanes on the opposite side of the road to the ramp that's when I felt a hit on the rear right side bumper and then was slammed into the medium wall by a speeding truck, how is it that I get a ticket for failure to yield ? when I made the turn there were no cars to yield to on the right side of me. The police officer never talked to me at the scene , I was taken off by ambulance. Can this be resolved before the court date on the ticket, Can the officer be made to retract the ticket. I called the prescient were the officer was stationed and his sgt. stated that he should have never filed that report before talking to me first, the report was filed and ready the very next day. To add insult to injury my insurance payment was late and they are refusing to accept it or even reinstate the policy. I am in the ATL what's can be done at this point ? What to expect in court.

  • Am I entitled to a refund?

I discovered from an agent, that there is a difference between Buy Owner and For Sale Buy Owner. I was told one is a realtor company and the other is just advertising. I asked the agent reprensenting Buy Owner that question and didn't get a honest answer. I now know he was just deceitful and I am out of 2,000. I made it clear what I wanted and didn't need. Now I keep getting debited this 300.00 from them, when all I wanted was yard signs. I have contacted the company to compain that is was supposed to be a one time payment of 300.00 not an additional 1,500 that's when you are told you have the wrong company. Is this legal and what can I do. Any advice would be welcomed. thank you in advance.

  • how do you take your home out of your name and put it into your childrens name if they are under 18?

I am in a house that I would like to keep as rental property, but I don't qualify for the loan if I have property . Not that I can't afford the other house, you just can't already have property in your name in order to use the program. Times are hard and I need to keep this house.
