Maya`s dad

I was just wondering who I share a birthday with today because today I turn 35.

I have a 17 month old daughter that I took in after I found out she wasnt mine,( My name is on the birth certificate as the father) as you can see from my sign on her name is Maya. Well this last friday my ex, her mom, was arrested on her 2nd dwi. 2 weeks ago she was arrested for disordely conduct and was released thru a bail bondsman. enough is enough already. I`m tired of her mom disappeaing with her for the night and me not knowing where My daughter is. (she is normally with me every night after work) Now my ex is gonna be locked up for 6 weeks, I want to see about getting primary custody of Maya before she gets out. I do have lots of other stuff to show of her moms escapades in the recent past, like other arrests and such to show her as an alcoholic and an unfit mother. So what would be the first steps in filing for primary custody? I would like to do this without lawyer involvement. thanks in advance

I bought a truck to restore with no title because owner said the truck was his dads and the dad died and the title was lost. Truck has been sitting unmoved since 1978. I have a bill of sale so how do i go about titling it? Person I bought truck from has moved and I cannot find him. but I do have his last known address.

I am one of those nice guys. I dont think I`m bad looking and am a people person. I am 34 years old and am raising my 15 month old daughter pretty much on my own. So here is my question. Why is it when I am able to go out and meet someone, and I tell her I am a father of a 15 month old girl that I am raising and I love with all my heart, that a red flag goes up in her head and I get rubbed off? I am being honest, I am showing my responsibility and my commitment to my daughter and I am definatly not a jerk. So whats the turn off? should I not even mention that I have my daughter until after a couple of dates? I dont want to do that. But I`m tired of being single.

Ive been fighting a cold. just like half of you guys, and lately I`ve been coughing alot and when I have a coughing fit it tastes like pennies in my mouth. Sound like a throat infection to you guys?

for the price I think it`s a CZ but it wold be a nice diamond. Any tricks other than scratching glass I can do to determine what I got? I heard a diamond will dissapate condensation immediatly (breating on it) whereas a CZ wont, any ideas?

first question, have any of you fellow diabetics contracted osteoperosis from not taking care of your diabetes?

2. do any of you ever get skin infections at a hair follicle and it gets kind of like spider bite and all puss-filled (sounds gross I know)

and 3. for the men. has your diabetes caused you to not ejaculate anything when you get yours? (shooting blanks?)

Do any of you know of any incentives that verizon would offer to keep me as their customer? My contract is up this month and I feel I pay too much for what I got, compares to what sprint is offering me. I have been with verizon since 1999, I believe and i like the coverage alot better but money is money, any advice would be helpful so thanks in advance

I have been alfter one of my oldest and best friends for a while now (16 years) and we are going on our 3rd valentines date together. she knows how I feel about her and admires my patience as I admire hers. We actually have tried to start something at various times but something always put us in the friend box again. She does want to start a meaningful relationship with me but at times, is hesitant. We talk about it all the time though. I want to sweep her off her feet this year, but over the years, I seem to have run thin on ideas to swoon her. So ladies what would sweep you off your feet?
