I am looking for stores to ask for donations for my Eagle Project. It includes a large Blessed Mother statue, and I need to find out what store near me would have one for me to use in the project at my church.

Do not say a statue store, like a real name. For example a store that sells flowers is a nursery. I mean like outdoor statues. It is so I can search for one near me.

Would you like to read a book that is a “page behind a cover”? Ernest Hemingway’s The Old Man and the Sea is great for you to read because of its splendid symbolization. Ernest Hemingway had an interesting life that he blended into his book through his adult, and childhood. The Old Man and the Sea was an honestly creative good book to read that makes you think too. The novella, The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway really related to his life to me and not just mine as well. I hope you will share my opinion about this notable novella.

Ernest Hemingway’s childhood was a very interesting and a relatable one to learn about. His father was a country physician, who taught his son to hunt and fish. His mother was a very religious person. She always was active in church, and she even led Hemingway into playing the cello and singing in the choir. The discovery of his father's lack of courage and his suicide several years later left him with a terrifying emotional scar. When the United States entered World War I in 1917 he volunteered into service in the infantry or foot soldier category, but he wasn’t accepted because of his eye trouble.

Ernest Hemingway was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature on December 10, 1954, becoming the fifth American author to receive the award. He published seven novels, six short stories, and two non-fiction books in his life; a further three novels, four collections of short stories, and three non-fiction books total were published even after he died. “In Santiago’s relationship with the world and those around him, Hemingway had discovered a way to proclaim the power of love in a wider and deeper way than in his previous books”, says E-Notes.com. Unfortunately, later in his life just as his father, he had committed suicide.

The Old Man and the Sea is a good book to read that makes you think. The main character is Santiago, a very aged, but still young on the inside man, who finally meets his age and kicks it away. There is also a little boy, a curious young fellow, who was left out of the old man’s trip due to his parents form of a bad luck streak prediction for him, but the boy still enjoyed bonding with the seemingly un-age-able old man. The book took place in a on a boat in a skiff in the Gulf Stream and in a small fishing town. He is facing a man vs. nature conflict in the book with his struggle of fighting a giant marlin. A man vs. man external conflict is also expressed in the old man’s story when in a flashback of the old mans younger days he was caught in an arm wrestling challenge with his close to evenly powered challenger, which took a few days to accomplish his win. The humongous and “Handsome” marlin is swimming straight with great power and isn’t running out of energy. The old man was waiting until he could bring him in which was the rising action of this thrilling tale. When the climax is reached His shredded up previously prized marlin, which he struggled to take in was greedily mauled by a few shovelnose sharks and a mako. He protected it as best he could with his “harpoon”. When the novel settled down to its resolution, the old man who missed the little boy was headed back towards his home on land. All that was left of his purplish marlin was lying on the beach for crowds of tourists and the little boy to see. Later he had a final word and meal with the boy after his great adventure, never his last.
