I was playing pickup basketball and I was running from the top of the key to stop a layup. An offensive player, close to the rim, when he saw me coming, slid over into my lane and bumped me. I was aware of his general presence, but he wasn't a threat because the screen wasn't already set. He didn't give me any time to react to the screen because he slid over as I was running and was within just a few inches of him. I called an illegal screen and because I was the only one arguing it, they didn't give it to me.

My argument was that, how can I be running and have a clear lane, then all of a sudden, i just get blocked off without having any time to react? It's like a deer running across the road and getting ran over because the driver didn't see it coming even though their eyes were on the road.

I am a British National through my father, though I was born outside of the EU. I live in a different country and want to go to England to do my undergraduate. Would I pay the EU tuition or the international student tuition?

We are in a long distance relationship and have never had sex. We are about to meet up and we plan to have sex. We had the discussion about contraception and she told me that she was on Birth Control (BC). Now, she maintains that she hasn't had sex since last year but she is still taking BC. She told me she was taking it to prevent pregnancy and that her mom had put her on it just in case she does decide to have sex. It confused me, so i asked her if she was taking it for menstrual reasons. She said no. Now, I don't know if I should believe her or not. It seems weird to me that someone keeps taking BC to prevent pregnancy when they're not even having sex. Forgive my naivety, but I need some help. What's going on here?

My doctor prescribed the Zyrtec but all the pharmacies in my country are out if that drug. A few have the Allegra-D, so I was wondering if I can take the Allegra and have it have the same effect that the Zyrtec would have.

For the past 2 years I've been having trouble. It all started in 2016 when I changed my diet. I was eating a pound of chicken breast every lunchtime. For months, I was always constipated. When I stopped the chicken breast, the constipation lessened but at one point there was a long streak of blood on my stool. I opted to go to the doctor. I did a test for parasites and that came back negative. I don't mean to me raw, but I have alternating bouts of constipation and diarrhea. Some days I don't poop at all then other days I poop up to 4 times. When the stool is large, I can literally feel it pressing against my rectal walls csusing slight pain. I can feel the flatulence travelling too and I often have to force to get the gas out. Mucus is in my stool and the stool tends to be pale/yellow. No blood in the stool nowadays. Stools are sometimes thin and long. Abdominal pain can be slight to the point it's unnoticeable and can be so bad that it's paralyzing. I feel that the issue could be diagnosed with a colonoscopy as it seems to me the issue is a large intestine issue. What am I showing symptoms of? I've been suffering for 2 years now. What should I do?

I'm a bank teller. I took up this job as a high school graduate looking for his first job. I figured I wouldnt like it, but I tried it anyway.I'm 5 months in, and I've never been so close to the brink of quitting.

I'm not really a people-person. I don't smile much, and I'm a but socially awkward. I prefer working in isolation that interfacing with people all day. I hate that at times the line is so long and I have to use the bathroom. It's very boring and very stressful.

Here's the biggest issue, we at times have to work overtime and we don't get paid for it. We have to do more work than we ought to. At times, we're tending to customers all day, yet cheques are forced on us to enter onto the system. Where should we find the time?

My job is giving me nightmares. I hate my job but I dream about my job. It's insane. It feels like even when I'm off work, I'm at work, because I just feel like it's hanging over me. My mental state is on the decline. I'm depressed, I'm unhappy and stressed. Everyday, I dread going there. Same thing over and over. Just as you think you'll finally have a good day, everything comes crashing down. I sometimes have to cancel plans I have of going to the gym because I have to stay back at work. Even on less stressful days, I'm just not stimulated. The money is sufficient but it isn't worth the twist it's putting my mind into. I don't know what to do.

I was defending him, and to create space he bumped me forcefully with his shoulder in the area between my chest and my stomach, almost pushing me to the floor. He did it multiple times. We were playing a pick-up game and a much older guy was playing with us(I'm 18) and he insisted that it was legal. Is this an offensive foul?

So I ended up slamming into the arm and it messed up my drive. Is this a foul? If so, is it offensive or defensive? The ref didn't call it.
