I'm not looking for your typical nail salon that does acrylics and airbrushed art. I'm looking for a place that mainly focuses on natural nail health, growth, strength ect for virgin nails. Im not even sure if a place like this exists but if you know of one please let me know the name of the salon and what city/state it can be found. Thanks!

my 3 month old will eat up to 8 oz at a time and will take naps anywhere from 4 to 7 hours long and sleeps through the night as long as 12 hours. hes never fussy unless its past his bedtime or he doesnt get a bottle as soon as he wants it. he goes to bed at 10 after drinking 8 oz and will sleep until 7 or 8 in the morning when he decides to wake up. i will take him int bed and breast feed him until he sleeps again and he wont wake up till noon or 1 in the afternoon. when he wakes up he doesnt even want to eat yet he wants to play and if i try to give him a bottle he will just play with it in his mouth until he decides hes getting tired and then he will want his bottle. he will then sleep till around 7 at night and stays up and plays until bedtime. he poops normalonce every couple days and they are always blowouts. his doctor said that his poop schdule is fine if he doesnt seem fussy and he wets about 6 to 8 diapers a day. this is ok right?

i am losing milk production either due to stress, my crohns disease (which btw my doctor said just the other day tht my blood work shows im in remission for) or hormone imbalances. i drink about a gallon of liquids a day and eat very high calorie foods lots of fruits and grains. i drink water everytime im breastfeeding to ensure i dont lose water and i pump when i give my baby his nightime formula. he still gts breastfed halfway through the night when he wakes up. my doctor unfortunatly doesnt know what to do because i have t go to a clinic and to me she seems very much less than satisfactory with the knowledge i feel she must have for womens health. she has not told me anything i dont already know and i have told her some things she has not known or known much about. i like to research, im constantly on the internet reading new studies so im not trying to say she is stupid just not up to date. i asked her about hormones to boost milk production and she wasnt sure what to do about them to make them work so were trying to figure this out together. what ive found so far is that taking estrogen, abruptly stopping estrogen then taking reglan while using a progesterone cream rubbed on the breasts is the best solution. my question is how long of each step should i do this for, how long for estrogen and how long for the reglan with pregesterone cream? i would like to knowif it can be done much quicker than 2 to 3 months?

i have a one month old and i understand that hes still very young and likes my warmth and heartbeat to comfort him. i also breastfeed and sleep with him next to the bed. i stay home all day with him and i pay attention to him, change him often, bathe him when he needs it, feeds him whenever hes hungry, i even play with him and help him do his exercises (how long he can hold his head up or push his feet against me, hes quite strong!) i do not like the idea of letting him cry it out but sometimes he gets stomach aches and i cant do much about it but give him a little gas medicine and wait for him to soil his diaper. he doesnt get them often. i know i pay attention to him enough but is there a too much? i love my baby and i love to cuddle with him and take care of him but i also have to clean and make dinner and do my own exercises. everytime i go to put him asleep its like he cant sleep if im not touching him. he sleeps great at night by himself but during the day even if hes awake if im not constantly touching him or holding him he will freak out as soon as i leave him alone. even if i have to go pee he will freak out for those 30 seconds. i dont want to coddle him to make him spoiled when hes older but i cant stand listening to him cry for hours because i feel bad that he just wants my attention. is it possible for a baby even that young to have separation anxiety? how do i fix it if so?

i had to have an episiotomy after my son became stuck at the shoulders. i also ended up tearing into my rectum area and i dont know how many stitches i had to have but it took a good 40 or so minutes after cleaning up my uterus for her to stitch me. ive been very good at keeping it clean, using my sitz bath, never wiping, changing pads frequently, resting alot and making sure i take my stool softeners and pain medications. somehow it seems that it keeps splitting open and while its not infected it does get a little puffy and very sore to the touch and it stings like nothing ive felt before. i can honestly say i would rather go through labour again than to deal with this pain because since its been splitting the severity of the pain has increased incredibly. i cant get out of bed without my husband helping me, it hurts worse to sit than to stand, going to the bathroom takes 20 minutes if im lucky, i cant pick up my child to change him or feed him without searing pain and it even hurts with some positions i have to be in in order to breastfeed. i cry all the time and at least once a day the pain becomes so great that i almost feel like passing out. it most deffinitly hurts worse than when i was in the hospital, almost like the healing process has gone backwards instead. i am seeing my doctor about this and shes a bit worried about it so i have several appointment set up to keep an eye on it but im worred that im not going to recover the way shes hoping i will and im not sure what the best thing to suggest to her for this problem is just in case if someone else has had a similar issue i would like to know how they got it fixed and how well it healed for them.

you see i was a stripper, thats just what i do for income. i recently just had a baby, my first one. unfortunatly he was a big baby and i was only in labour for 4 hours so he came too fast to avoid an episiotomy (which is an incision to make the vagina wider in order to let the baby come through if he is stuck) i also tore pretty bad as well and had to get stitches. so far ive been really good about taking care of the scar and the stitches because well lets face it, i dont want a mangaled vagina and id like to have the least visible scar possible. somehow i feel im not going to be so lucky, my incision has been splitting open and healing that way. its not infected so my doctor doesnt want to fix it and just let it finish healing that way but now im afraid its ging to be an ugly nasty scar making my stripping career go down the shitter. how many of you guys find it distgusting or it doesnt bother you to see a stripper with that kind of scar?

first id like to explain a few things to make this more understandable from my point of view. if anyone has heard of jamestown ny or wca hospital and know the stories that come from there you know that it is a very disgustingly lazy town and the hospital is not a very good one at all as far as caring intelligence and professionalism at a hospital is supposed to be. i had an unplanned pregnancy and because i was in the middle of changing insurances from my mothers to my own i did not have an ob/gyn and had to look for one asap. i had called a few places and found some possible openings but because of my new insurance i had to go through the wic and moms programs offered here before any of the doctors would accept me. that took a couple of weeks and by the time i had the neccisary paperwork to show the doctors, all openings were taken and every office i called (even ones out of town) were very full and could not accept me. i was running out of time because i was very close to missing some tests i needed done early on so i had to settle for the hospitals free prenatal clinic. ive been very dissatisfied with this place ever since the bginning. this is my first pregnancy and although i learned alot about what to expect i didnt pay too close attention in the past since i wasnt pregnant but i assumed that i would be informed or reinformed of things need-to-know for first time pregnancys. ididnt see the same doctor every visit and was told that depending on what day i deliver depends on who will be my delivery doctor. none of them who saw me at my visits were even doctors or else the ones that were werent experienced ones and seemed to be a bit less informative than any type of doctor ive had in the past and most deffinitly did not seem like they had been at this job very long. i always left my visits very confused about what was going on because any questions i had were either ignored or not explained in a way that made me feel the doctors knew enough about to give me a go

im 34 weeks pregnant and my boobs have been very huge and perky just about my whole pregnancy and today as i was getting ready for bed i noticed that they looked very deflated and they did not seem full at all like normal. almost like they werent pregnant boobs. i cant find anything on the internet about this before breast feeding and im not sure if this is an indication that somethings wrong. btw i spent all last week in the hospital stopping preterm labour contractions and am home now on bed rest. maybe this has something to do with it?

we just moved into a new apt and the landlord gave us this filthy oven to use. i mean filthy, it was full of caked on black stuff inside and out. it had old grease coming out of every place you could see. the broiler part of the oven looked like a dumping ground for any leftover grease and there was even broken glass in the bottom. if i had the money i wouldve just bought a new oven but we spent a whole week cleaning it instead. now its spotless and its been a few days so i decided to make muffins. i turned on the oven to preheat and smoke and strong cleaner smell is coming out of it and making my whole apt smell like clorine. my bf is out there right now venting the place and watching to make sure we dont blow up but how to i make sure itll be safe to cook with?

i live in america so this film is foreign to me but im trying to find out the name of a movie. its a bit old i dont remember when it was filmed but i know it was filmed in sweden but its not neccisarilly a swedish film. its a story of a man and woman who fall in love but arent allowed to be together because their parents forbid it. at some point the guy goes to prison and is released 10 years later. this woman waits for him the whole time and finally when hes out she can go be with him. as she is crossing the street to see him she gets hit by a bus. and thats where the movie ends. i have no idea what the name of the movie is and if anyone has any ideas i would really appriciate it. thanks

In my boyfriends room he has a tv and some speakers set up for his sound system. Hes moved around alot so his speakers havent always been treated with as much care as they should have been, never the less they are about shot and im planning on buying him some new ones for his birthday next month. I havent personally shopped around for these kinds of things myself yet so im a bit lost on what brands/versions/types i should be looking at. i know that his tv is an RCA so it should be something compatable with that, possibly RCA speakers themselves. if anyone has any advice on whats best for my money (i havent decided on a budget yet but im not going to be cheap) i would really appreciate it. thanks
