I went to mt. banahaw yesterday.

we had a non-stop walking and running the whole day.

we had a streching also .

yesterday, my legs are shivering by itself.

i didn't know if it is caused by me going to the river that was cold.

then we go up again to the top of the mountain

that was like a 100ft or so.

today, my legs and thighs are VERY SORE!

I can't walk good now.

everytime i sit it hurts.

everytime i stand it hurts.

Tomorrow I have College entrance exam.

What can I do to heal them?

Do you think I should go to my test tomorrow even if my legs

and thighs sore. :(
