Okay first off I live in Florida but I love the cold and snow so thats what I want, not a problem there. I have been to both places Erie, Pa, and Marquette, Mi. in the upper pn. I realize that Erie is twice the size so jobs would be more plentiful but the Upper Peninsula is so beautiful, which one? No real skill so it would be a run of the mill job whatever it is.

I know alot of Packer fans will hate me but considering the pressure, anxiety and everybody hating you I would give them like a B- or a C+ and yes that was a Packer interception Monday night. What grade would you guys give them under the pressure they are in and also were you on the NFL side or the Referees side during the bargaining? I was for the NFL because even though the NFL makes millions of dollars, I think $150,000 a year was enough and when the NFL offered them $185,000 they wouldnt take that. I mean c'mon I dont care how much you are needed to most of us $150,00 would take us 3 or more years of work and they only work like what 5 months a year, I mean really c'mon.

Did I hear this correctly from a friend that says that if the foreclosure goes through and the house is now the banks and I'm out of the house I can be billed for a few thousand dollars that I will have to pay the IRS or the bank? This would be because I didnt short sale but instead let it get foreclosed on. Thanks.

I have visited Erie in the last few years and fell in love with it. Its either there or a town in Michigan. I love the cold and snow so thats okay with me. I have had the pleasure of visiting Marquette a few times in the last 5 yrs and love it there. I love cold and snowy weather so thats okay with me. I know there is a college there but does anybody know job wise? how much is a standard apt or house to rent? or maybe even buying a house and how much are house? I'm talking about those K-Y products that you can buy at like WalMart or any drug store without any prescriptions its on the regular shelves in the area where condoms and things are. There are some for females and some for males. Does it work to make it fell better or what are they wanting to promote with these produts. I have never actually read the box or the back of the box. I am a 47 yr. old male who upon going to the e.r. for kidney stones and they cat scanned my abdomen which was fine but the Radiologist did state that he saw a very small (E.R. Dr. said about half the size of his pinkie finger nail small mass as he put it on one of my lungs. My family Dr. has ordered a Cat Scan of my lungs for next week. Though it is very small I didnt want to just ignore it as much as I really wanted to do. Is there anybody out there that had a small lesion or spot on there lung that turned out to be nothing of concern?? Thank You.

I am 47 yrs old and finally it seems that I am going to need tht little boost so even though its a touchy subject I hope some of you will not let that bother you. Which of the handful of male sex meds (not tecnical meaning,lol) seems to work the best. I realize that everybody is different but I thought that I would still ask. Please help me. What are the positives and negatives of a reverse mortgage? My house is in foreclosure but if I can come up with the back payments and banks attorney fees I can keep my house. I owe $8,000. My mom owns her condo outright and is worth about $75,000. Can she pay my $8,000 from a reverse mortgage on her place? I know the bank does not care how I get there money they just want there money back and not so much another house to have to deal with. Is there a limit on how much of a reverse mortgage she could get? What are the positives and negatives? I only have one week left. Thank You. Terry

Can somebody please tell me the positives and negaitves to a reverse mortgage. Heres the deal my house is in foreclosure but if I can come up with the $8,000 in back payments and the banks attorney fees I can keep my house. My mom owns her condo and paid for and is worth about $75,000 in this economy (worth more but as of now). Can she take out a reverse mortgage and help me from that and pay the $8,000? Also is there a limit on how much you can take out on a reverse mortgage? I was told it just means that when the owner dies or sells there dwelling you take that amount that you borrowed and pay back. Is it really a loan you have to make monthly payments to someone or what I said at the beginning of fhis question? Thank you very much and I only have until this Friday to come up with the money. I was just handed the foreclosure papers that said I have 20 days to contest it. I have had a mediator but now I read that a mediator only works abourt 4% of the time. Should I get a lawyer? Also I am about 7 months behind or about $6,000 in back payments. Will the bank let me pay bacck the $6,000 now or do they want the whole $32,000 bablance that I still owe on the house?
