Rating the NFL Referees and the job they are doing?

I know alot of Packer fans will hate me but considering the pressure, anxiety and everybody hating you I would give them like a B- or a C+ and yes that was a Packer interception Monday night. What grade would you guys give them under the pressure they are in and also were you on the NFL side or the Referees side during the bargaining? I was for the NFL because even though the NFL makes millions of dollars, I think $150,000 a year was enough and when the NFL offered them $185,000 they wouldnt take that. I mean c'mon I dont care how much you are needed to most of us $150,00 would take us 3 or more years of work and they only work like what 5 months a year, I mean really c'mon.

I rate only when there is competence to do so. These replacement refs were the only crop they could get, because all the other refs higher up on the college level had contracts and wouldn't take the jobs. None of the refs we got stuck with were on a professional level. None of them had professional experience and were competent, knowledgeable to handle a job. The NFL botched the entire process, so quit defending them and even bothering to rate them. They missed a call that caused a job to allow a game to go to the wrong team. Even in this post question we have people who shouldn't be refs. The observation powers and handling problems, decisions have to have least seen the play, discuss if anyone saw anything viable and assess the facts. Its hard to do if you are running from a distance away and can't claim anything you saw to discuss. Case in point the refs in the Packers/Seahawk game.....

They're not doing their job. That's the whole point.

Get your facts straight, you're embarrassing yourself. Interception? Good thing you're not a ref.
