8 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoWhy,in the past week, have I lost significant water peressure in the tub/shower fixture?
The bathroom was likely plumbed in the 70s. Nearby fixtures (sink and toilet) are unaffected. The only other fixture that may be affected (but possibly unrelated) is the inlets for the washing machine.
5 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoShould I remodel/renovate upstairs or downstairs first?
I'm buying a 2-story house that will need new floors, paint, probably some electrical upgrades, and remodeled bathrooms. I'm thinking about living downstairs while the 2nd floor is being worked on, and then living upstairs while the 1st floor is being worked on. The electrical upgrade part would obviously be easier to do all at once, though. Which floor should I fix first?
