I'm 15 and I've been having problems with my left knee for about 3 or 4 years. When I first started having problems with it, I fell and my knee cap kind of slid out of place a little but then went right back in place and it hurt really badly. I had physical therapy about a year after the problem started and it helped a lot, so I stopped once my doctor thought my knee was better (about 6 months worth). Since doing physical therapy, my knee will occasionally give out on me, and sometimes my knee cap will slide out of place. Here's my problem. On Saturday, I was at dance class and I went to stand up using only my left leg to get off of the ground (part of our routine) but I got about halfway up and I heard a huge crack from my knee, felt my knee cap slide out of place again, and fell down onto my other leg. It went back once my leg got straight, but it hurt like hell. I went home right away and elevated it and put ice on it, and that's what I've been doing since then. That was Saturday, the pain isn't so bad today, but my knee feels so much weaker like it's going to give out on me. I've been wearing my knee brace, and it seems to be helping. Can anyone tell me what might be up with my knee? Any answers are appreciated. :)

Oh and my recital is this weekend, any tips on how to keep my knee from giving out on me would be greatly appreciated.

A couple weeks ago I accidently updated my iPod touch (2 gen) and lost my jailbreak. I heard it's possible to jailbreak it with redsn0w so I downloaded it & tried to jailbreak it with that but it wouldn't recognize the .Ipsw file. If anyone knows how to do it with redsn0w or any other way, some really detailed directions would be nice. Thanks to everyone in advance!

Yesterday about 1 pm I started getting pain in the lower right part of my stomach right above my hips. I took Ibuprofen for it later and it went away around 4. Later around 11, it started hurting really badly and I was really nauseous, I was in bed so I got up and went to the bathroom, and then the pain and nausea gradually went away, and I took 2 more Ibuprofen. I'm 14, and I had the same thing happen about a month or month and a half ago. I'm not on my period, so it's not cramps, but it hurts a lot worse than my cramps tend to. My parents know, and they said if the pain gets worse, they'll take me to the doctor. When I woke up this morning, I was fine, but now the pain is starting to come back a little bit, and I haven't had much of an appetite last night or today. Can anyone tell me what it might be, and what else I can do?

Hey, so I'm planning to cosplay the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion for an anime convention in January. Yeah, I know it's kind of far away, but Im starting early so I don't have to rush. Anyway, I'm planning to cosplay Asuka. I'm going to cosplay her with the school uniform. I kind of need some help in how to make this outfit, because I'm not too good at cosplay. On my laptop, I have Windows XP, and I can't see any of my icons, my blue taskbar at the bottom of the screen, and my volume buttons aren't working. I have no idea what to do, I've ran anti-spy stuff, and that hasn't done any good. Can someone please tell me what's wrong with my computer? Will I have to reinstall Windows?? If I do, what's the best way, or are there any other ways to get my icons, etc. back?? Thanks in advance, I really need to get my laptop working again! :]

I have trouble enjoying life because every morning when I get up, it just feels like the same old thing. It's too much like a habbit. Getting up every morning for school is just too hard because it feels like I'm doing the same old thing over and over everyday, I try to change up my routine, but that doesn't help. Any suggestions? Please, they would be much appriciated.

I used to have Limewire and I somewhat liked it, but I think it gave my computer a viris, so I un-installed it just to be safe. Is there another program like it that won't give virises? Thanks!

Help! I need to know how I can convert a wmv file to either a DVD-R, VCD, S-VCD, MPEG1, MPEG2, or Quicktime format. I need help cuz I'm trying ot enter a contest and I have to burn a video on my labtop to a disk in one of those formats above. But my computer saves my stuff as wmv files. Is there a piece of software I can use to convert it? Or is there some way that I can change the format on my computer without downloading anthing? Thanks!
