our car a/c works. but it only comes through the defrost vents. when turning it to the floor or the dash vents it doesnt come through. i cant find any thing in our manual to cover this problem. and if i wanted to spend the money to fix it i would take it to the shop before any of you say"take it to the shop"

every time i remove the tracking cookie ccAcp or something like that it keeps popping back up on my scans. how do i permanately remove this? what is it exactly and where did it come from?
