Where can I get McCulloch Chainsaw & Lawnmower User Guides??
Firstly - Self-styled Comedians - please go & "entertain" someone else.... I haven't time to laugh at your "jokes"..... Thank you.
Now to business.....
I am in the UK and I have a McCulloch 3540P mower and a MAC438 chainsaw - both bought second hand.
I know they both need servicing, I also need a couple of spares for the mower.
My most immediate need is the User guides / manuals. But finding a copy is like looking for rocking-horse poo
They make decent tools, but the McCulloch website is RUBBISH!!
I have tried Google searches & Ask searches..... No Joy!!
HEEEEELLLLPPPP!?!?!?!
4 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoIs there a limit on the amount of time an unsecured loan can follow you around??
This is a UK based query - comedians please go & "amuse" someone else!
My partner was 2nd name on a loan which was taken out by her (then) partner in 1998. After their relationship ended in 2000, she left their home and received nothing from its eventual sale some time later - he had continued to live there and retained the profit on the sale.
In 2007, a debt collection company contacted her, chasing repayment - inclusive of interest which had accumulated over the intervening seven years!
What are her options?? Is there any "cut-off" period whereby the debt "expires"??
5 AnswersPersonal Finance1 decade agoCan I offset my losses on UK shares against tax payable on other income?
As a private investor, I hold shares in a couple of UK-listed companies. Lately two of them have gone out of business. I know gains on AIM listed companies can be treated differently according to how long they have been held.... I also heard somewhere that tax relief can be claimed against losses on AIM listed shares. Is this correct? Where can I find the guides for claiming the relief??
Those of you who believe yourselves to be really funny and can't resist sharing your "talent" by leaving really hilarious replies - please try extra hard and keep your wit to yourselves. Thanks ever so. There's bound to be a mirror somewhere near you - go & talk to your best (& only?) friend.....
United Kingdom1 decade agoAnyone know where in the UK I can get a seat trim for a 2003 Peugeot 206 HDi without needing a 2nd mortgage?
I have tried the UK main dealers - they want SILLY money for it.
All I want is the fabric (blue velour) cover for the driver's seat back-rest. The seat itself is fine, but the existing cover has a large hole burnt in it.
For the right money I would take the full seat off someone's hands if need be.
HELP!!! It's the girlfriend's car and (although I didn't damage it) the grief-factor is high!!!!
