Is there anyway to protect against this. My account and several other peoples' were hacked into and the passwords discovered and the person who did this then started to block contacts and send nasty emails to friends that we had on our contact lists. I have so far changed my password 15 times in the last 3 hours..

Any suggestions as to what to do and how they could be doing this?

I have just got an email from "tarzanmacmoo" the person who supposedly accused meof having 20 accounts or whatever. This user said:

"I really do not know what the hell is going on here, as my account was hacked last night. I am really very confused and upset. I would never pick on people like this in public, it is just wrong. I am really very sorry for all those who have ben accused of this, I can assure you it was NOT me. you look through my questions (I do not not hide them, some moron has changed my settings) you will see that I have been here a fair while and never indulge in this sort of ill nehaviour. I am going to set a new iD as this freak has been using my email judging by the fact that I had 25 rude messages this morning from people claiming I had sent them insults. I will post this on the board"

Someone is getting into our accounts and I do not know how. change all your passwords NOW and phone Yahoo tomorrow!

Those who know me well know full well that I have no need to post under 20 aliases or is it 50 now?? I am more than able to defend myself without the assistance of either cloning other people or creating mutliple id's or whatever else you chose to accuse me of. I have defended myself in the past and I am quite able to do so in the present. I have been on this site for months posting and often arguin with people such as Jim G, Jim Q, Saturnfive, Plato, Piltdownman and often unassisted.

They keep advertising this fact on the news and I personally could care less in terms of not being able to drink the stuff. If the workers want more money then fine, good for them and I hope it all works out... but it isn't like having a water shortage or postal strike..

Uneducated social climbers..

Simply because they require a Court Clerk to outline legal principles for them, they have approximately 4 weeks legal training [ It is not a prerequisite to attend Law school..... ]

.....And they tend to boast about an occupation which is essentially unskilled.
