ever since i started having white hair i have dyed my hair, which is starting to damage it, does long grey hair make a woman look older ? i'm thinking of stopping the coloring, give my hair a break

recently i've switched to this tick solution (don't remember its name, one you just put on the back of the dog's neck) i buy at the pet store to control ticks, it was really good and worked well, yet i've noticed he gets a bit drowsy and down for a couple days after taking it, then if he takes a bath, the ticks come crawlling back

so is it safe for my dog and how often should i be giving it to him because in the past 2 weeks i've given it to him twice, and he has just had a bath and he has ticks and he hurts himself scratching

a girl, 14, orphan, living with her sister (same mother different fathers, all dead ) is being abused. the family doesn't want to get involved because the elder sister has attitude problems, but now this 14 year old girl is being beaten and i do not know what to do, i'm afraid if i talk to her sister her sister would abuse her even more, they both had a diffuclt life so i understand how this has also affected the 35 something old sister, but i need to find a way to stop this abuse, do i tell her uncles and family ?

when her parents died we offered to adopt her but her sister and rest of the family refused, now it's too late for her to come and live with us, her uncles woudn't take her because of the problems the elder sister creates, i'm stuck, anyway out ? help. knowing that here were we live we don't get help from organizations or groups like in the west
