My sky+ box has been recording a show for days now. I cannot stop the recording or delete it, and its preventing me from recording anything else!! The box is a month out of warranty ( surprise surprise) so thought I'd ask the experts on here before arguing with Sky about the cost of sending someone out! Any genuine suggestions from those in the know would be much appreciated, as school hols have just started and kids getting irritating!!! Thanks guys

my 6yo has had a serious hernia op in France and will hopefully be released on Weds or Thurs but I am worried about how best to get him home - my french is ok but not up to medical conversations, and am not getting any concrete offers of help from the british embassy. He cannot fly and they do not seem keen on him doing a 9 hour car journey, so train it is! anyone been there and done that and can offer any advice? Thanks!

I have suffered from extreme anxiety attacks and panic attacks (including hyperventilation, etc) when visiting dentists for years - I would appreciate any tips on dealing with this - prescription drugs help a little but would love to find other ways of dealing with this

Have met this lovely guy, very shy but comfortable with me and we are dating. Trouble is he has admited he's a virgin! (He's 28,I'm a 35yo 'experienced' woman!) Anyone know a way of doing this? My shower head ( just replaced) only provides a thin stream of water and I'd LOVE a better one!!

I am on my own with 3 under-8's and would love to take them on holiday in the April school holidays - I'm hoping to find somewhere on the Norfolk coast - perhaps a decent caravan site with no chav's and entertainment for the kids? Anyone got any ideas on places/costs etc? My budget is limited but am hoping someone out there knows somewhere good!

The palms of my hands have always been very red - this is worse when I am hot. It is very noticeable, and , although it does not bother me, I would like to know what it might be and why I have it. Am otherwise in very good health.
