So I have a perfect GPA and a very high ACT score, and I'm headed to Notre Dame in the fall. I want to major in biology, on a pre-med track. But... I sometimes get grossed out by really awful wounds. But my theory is that with the medical school will come with some form of desensitization. And even if it doesn't, there are a lot of other things to do with a medical degree, right?

Okay, so my friend--let's call her Jane--really likes this guy--let's call him John. So anyway, Jane likes John. John SAYS he likes Jane. Problem is, he's really mean to her--calls her names, gets jealous when she talks to other guys, has to know where she is every second, who she's with, etc., etc. He's not physically abusive, but he's very big and has a short temper. I'm worried it will turn abusive any minute. We are freshmen in high school and they started going out two months ago. She likes him, loves him, even, and says part of her wants to break up with him, but part of her doesn't. He's adopted, so is he just needing attention? Should I just stay out of it? What should she do? She already has established that he is abusive, but we need to know what she should do.

I have been invited to a very big boarding school in Indiana and intend to attend by a scholarship. Part of the requirement for being admitted is that I interview with them! I am a very people-oriented person, but am not sure how to go about showing myself off in the best light. What do I wear? What do I say? What should I expect? Is there anything in particular I should or should not do? Any experience at all with any kind of interview would be helpful! Thanks!

A friend recently was talking to me about a Russian mafia leader who has been in the news a lot lately. I wanted to write a story about him and an illegitimate son who is adopted in America. Only problem is, I cannot remember the name! I am fairly certain he is wanted by the FBI and that is name starts with an I. It also (duh) sounds very Russian.

Okay, I am a freshman at a Catholic high school and our homecoming is coming up. We are starting to plan our float because we wanna beat the seniors (the seniors ALWAYS win). Our theme is "Dancing the Night Away" so I was thinking like a street-dancing/hip hop kinda thing? Any other ideas and what do you think?

Okay, my novel is about this girl who has to go live with her dad after her mom dies. She figures out that her mom was raising her all this time to be a spy, and her dad is a spy. She has to train at a secret all-boys teenage training facility. She goes through a lot of trials, so I called it "Stronger" after my little sister's favorite song. I really don't like that title and I don't think it sounds right. Her name is Sophia. Anything, anything at all, would be immensely appreciated. Thank you!

I need to do a Powerpoint and we get extra credit for adding sound with it. What song should I use?

This girl at school is being really mean to me. She's called me a lot of really bad names, some that I had to look up online in a slang dictionary, and I came home from school today crying. She tells me to my face that she hates me, and I've asked her why, but she just tells me I'm annoying. It is just this one girl causing everyone else to be mean to me. I've tried talking to her, and I really don't want to bring the school into this. I can't stay away from her because we go to a private school and are in the same classroom for eight hours every day. Plus, the teachers make us sit by each other all the time. Can you please help me? I'm at my wit's end with her!

Okay, so I've liked this guy for eight years and he doesn't want anything to do with me. He's snubbed me, burned me, and been basically mean from Day 1, but I still love him. My friends say I should move on, but I'm not sure if I should, and I wouldn't know how to. Can you help?

I am in eigth grade. Every year our school has what we call the Pep dance. Everyone dresses up in their best spirit wear and the 8th graders vote on who (in 8th grade) is the ditziest, most likely to become president, etc....

Well, see, as a joke, my friends are voting me pep dance queen, which means I will have to slow dance with the king. As a rule, I do not slow dance. And I don't even know who the king is. I still wanna go, but I don't wanna be queen. What should I do?
