Ive had this small red bump on the head of my penis for little over 3 months. It itches like crazy and very sensitive. I know it isn't an std or anything because i haven't had sex. Does anyone have an idea what it is and how to remove it?

I should already know this answer, but i just need some conformation. I'm building a computer with decent stuff inside but I need conformation for this question so that I can save money.

Mid August, I got a letter in the mail saying that I had been accepted. They said that they had sent me an email (to an email i don't use anymore). I didn't have enough time to prepare. So unfortunately, I couldn't go during the fall semester. So I was wondering if I could just go during the Spring '10 semester, or would I have to re-apply all over again?

All of my friends have it and i told them that i would buy it asap (Note: that was 3 months ago..) I've never tried the game and i have heard alot about it and seen videos. But before i spend any money (If i had some) on a game, i would like to try it. So please help me, anyone out there...
