whats the difference? my class requires this book in the 9th edition but the 8th is so much cheaper

ok, so i just finished jr.high and will be attending high school next year.

the thing is i cant pick which high school to go to. the public high school in my town is very, very small, but it is one of the top 100 schools in the U.S.A., plus, that's were all my friends are. the other school is a tech-school. it is also relatively small, but i know absolutely no one there! no one! on of the trades is architect, which has been my dream since i was 9...but know when i picture the future, i cant even imagine that, culinary seems more inviting(which is another trade there). but i could also see me doing something in the line of music, seeing how music is my life, just ask anyone who knows me, but if i wonted to do that, i would go to the public school...please help!
