i was recently diagnoised with depression anxiety and add, when i got prescribed the adderall i had to sign a sheet that said they may do a drug test. how often will i be drug tested and what will they be looking for? before going to the doctor i self medicated myself with marijuana to help with the anxiety. will i get in trouble for having it in my system? what will they do if they find it in my system?

my husband and i would really love to get a loan for a home, we want to move so bad cause we have 3 kids and need a bigger house but renting is so much more expensive then owning, problem is we have low credit and he has 2 judgements on his credit, we have been told that the judgements were the main reason we couldnt get accepted. so i was wondering if we could get a loan once those are paid off right away or if its gonna take a long time before being qualified for one. im looking into usda loans the most. any advice on the stupid credit thing would help, i have small things and not too many on mine that arent too bad but because i dont have much positive (like a credit card mainly cause i cant get one) on mine it looks bad. and he just has the two judgments and a couple small collections. please help we need to move so bad.

ok so i have a doc appt on the 17th but i dont know if i can wait that long at all. i have this pain in chest thats around the esophagus area that feels like something is there, i am burping all the time and it hurts to burp and sometimes i have to bounce around and pat my self to get it to actually come out anyway Ive had this pain for a few months, it doesn't feel like heartburn cause i have had bad heartburn with all three of my pregnancy's. also for like a year or maybe even longer it constantly feels like i have to clear my throat like something is in it. so i quit smoking a month ago (yay me) but about 4 days after i quit i developed oral thrush (diagnosed by a fast care clinic) in my mouth and throat. and from everything i read a women of 27 shouldn't have this unless you have HIV, cancers, taking steroids, or have something lower your immune system. I'm freaking out about it now and having really bad anxiety about it. the worse i did was smoke cigarettes, i don't like medicine, i barely even take Tylenol for aches and pains so its like why when i quit smoking to even better myself do i get sick, of course I'm gonna end up with cancer. anyway if anyone could help me explain whats going on cause i feel like i may die and i don't want to before i can even make it to the doctor. (btw i hate doctors and hospitals so i only go if i feel its 100% necessary ) i also get pains in my right side but i think that has to do with the dismissal of my gallbladder i had it removed last year and have had problems with it since. and also might have something to do with the really bad ibs sorry this is long but please help me. I'm wondering if this could all be link and ill be fine or if i might die cause ill go in to the er if that's the case cause i don't wanna lol i have 3 beautiful kids i need to raise.

so i have two boys who loves video games (who doesnt, right?) well im just wondering how long you let your kids play them every day? during the summer time i limit the video games to only rainy days and boring nights but during the winter it gets too cold sometimes to go outside. so we spend most times indoors at home so we play board games but they would rather play video games and before we do anything homework and tasks come first. my boys are 7 years and 4 years and then i have a girl whose 2. i dont want it to consume there lives but it seems thats what any kid is doing, if i send them to a friends house to play they play video games. so is it soo bad that they are playing video games for a couple to several hours of video gaming.

i quit smoking cigarettes a week ago and found out today i have thrush (it hurts me). i have never had this before. does this honestly mean i might have a cancer or hiv or something serious? i have always tested negitive for hiv, i have had 3 kids and been with only one man my whole life. if i tested negative for hiv could i still have it? im so confused and worried about it. could i get thrush from chewing too much gum (i have gone through over a pack a day since i quit smoking) could it be cause from quitting smoking? i was always a healthy person besides the smoking part, so thats why i quit to become healthier. ill be really sad if i find out im sick cause i quit smoking. i really wish i never started smoking, it was the stupidest thing ever!! plz help me out

hi i have had this pain for 3 days now, it is in my low right side by my hip/csections area its a stabbing pinching pain that comes and goes through out the days, im also having a really bad time releasing gas from both ends when it first started i was constipated and now its like a diarrhea but pain didn't change. i don't have a fever or vomiting. i have been getting really bad chills. also it seems to get worse by night time and is calmer in the mornings. ive been debating going to the hospital only because my middle child goes to school by 11 am and then my husband leaves for work by 1 pm and works til midnight. i don't have a second vehical and have 3 kids and no babysitter. i should mention that i also have a pain in my right side of my chest that's been there for about a month, i dont know if they have anything to do with each other. what could this be from? do you think it will go away on its own or do i absolutely have to go see doctor. i live half an hour away from hospitals or doctors and the ER here take hours and hours to do anything, i really don't have the time. please help. anyone else experience this and know what it is?

ive had my tubes tied since 2010 and after i had my 3rd baby i bled for along time nearly a year so i got put on the mirena which stopped my period til about 9 months ago when it got pulled into my side and had to be removed since then i have had my period about the 11th of each month, it hasnt come yet this month but for the past 3 weeks i have been cramping like its gonna come and then it just doesnt. now today in my lower stomach it feels like somethings moving around like a baby but thats nearly impossible? right? what could this be from its really weird? i have had 3 beautiful healthy babies i know what there movements felt like and its very similar. my last period was lighter but there was clots (tmi i know sorry) please help me. also i have randomly gotten sick a couple times this week.

my husband and i would love to buy a house by next summer but problem is he has 2 judgments on his credit. they only equal to about $2,000, so we were planning on paying them with our taxes this year and getting our credit better to buy a house but some guy that works at the bank said that if we pay them off they will be there for 7 years. so does that mean we wont be able to purchase a house for 7 years then? that is very sad to me if so. the house we live in now is too too small. we have 3 kids and 3 animals. we own it outright, paid for it with cash when we only had 1 baby and no animals. now were tripping over eachother left and right lol we need a new house. renting is too expensive and i like things to be mine, so we want to buy. any suggestions, advice anything would be lovely thanks.

i got my eyebrow pierced 6 years ago and it decided to get red and poofy and itchy today can anyone tell me why? i took it out and cleaned it with an alcohol wipe. should it be ok now?

my baby girl (last baby ever) is still on the bottle at bedtime and nap. shes 2 years old now and when i dont give her it when its sleepy time she screams and screams and her scream isnt pretty at all (it could break windows!) problem is, is that her bedroom is right next to her two brothers room they are 7 and 4 and my 7 year old doesnt sleep as it is so having her cry and scream it out doesnt help at all. both the boys were off there bottles at 15 months but i seem to be babying her a lil more. i know i know i shouldnt and i should stop but shes my lasssst one and im gonna miss them being babies lol anyhow any advice to ease her into it rather then scream our way into it. and also should i do it before shes in a big girl bed or after? i did so well with my boys with all of it but im having a really hard time with my girl...

i got a kitten a few weeks ago and she ended up getting a really bad cold (mostly cause it was cold outside and she was only 5 weeks old) so we brought her to the vet and she was put on antibiotics for her infection and for her eyes (they are so bad) and she got dewormed and earmites taken out. poor kitty was in rough shape! well my husband and did everything the directions say for as long as we were suppose to and she got playful and the cold went somewhat away but now its come back again shes having a hard time breathing and eyes are goopy (that never really stopped tho) shes still playful and shes got a big appetite. i cant get her in the vet at this moment in time but will as soon as i can. but what are some things i can do to make her feel better at home in the meantime and what could be wrong with her? oh and the reason i cant get her to the vet is cause my husband had unexpected surgery and is off of work for a couple more weeks. otherwise id have her to the vet immediatly. also i have an older cat who is all vaccinated is fine but can she catch this from baby kitty?

i have a 6 year old and a 3 year old who consistanly every night kick one of us or both of us out of our bed. seth (my 6 year old) is almost as tall as me. i miss sleeping with my husband just the two of us. we barely turn off the light in the living room before there crawling into our bed. i have fought with them argued with them stayed up extremely late to make sure they didnt come into our room but then they sneak in in the middle of the night when im in a dead sleep and i have no clue. and there father is a push over unless im hollering about it so he will just go out and sleep on the couch. i end up getting kicked in the back a gazillion times. i cant handle it no more. my 3 year old is soo damn stubborn too so he will fight with me til the end til he gets his way or eventually falls asleep on the couch (which takes until 3am)(just to find him in my bed in the morning) i cant take not sleeping anymore, im unbarably crabby in the mornings because of not getting all the sleep i need. we barely get to have sex anymore cause of it. i have a one year old and i want to keep her in her crib for as long as i can cause i dont have room in my bed for any of them, let alone to add her into the mix. i love my kids to death but i dont love sleeping with them. and no i wasnt one of those moms who co-slept with my babies either. I NEED MY SLEEP. i do not function well on little to no sleep and i hate sleeping on the couch. my bed is my bed and theres is theres but they dont get it or they dont care idk but whatever the case is PLEASE PLEASE HELP THIS MAMA OUT! i need my bed back and i need to sleep with my husband again.

i downloaded a older version of itunes and it told me i had a new update of version 3.3.1 so i clicked on it to update and told me i needed a new version of itunes 10.5.1 or something so i updated itunes and then it told me i had no new updates. i try to jailbreak it but i cant download anything to jailbreak it(or should i say wont let me download anything) ive been to quickpwn, redsNow and jailbreakme. i just want to be able to get some games onto my ipod for my kids and i to have fun with but nothing will let me. i also tried to downgrade my itunes but it says my itunes library was created with a new version of itunes. idk can anyone help me. i did the youtube thing and tried to follow those directions but get nothing, help me plz!

my ipod touch 2.2.1 wont let me download any apps, it tells me i need ios 4.0 or 3.0 or 4.3 so everything im looking at says i need to jail break it and get cyria or something on my phone so when i go to that website it tells me my device isnt compatible with that and i dont know what to do i want to put apps and have a better internet, i cant seem to do anything on it but search the web sometimes. please help,

this morning we noticed that my daughter had blisters on her foot and a couple on her knees and butt and one on her finger, my mom said chicken pox but im actually leaning more towards hand foot mouth, my older boys had this when they were babies but i dont remember if they had any blisters on there butt or knees. can they get these blisters on other parts of the body if its hand foot mouth?

i have 3 beautiful kids (6, 3, 1) who all wake up super early and i get that kids wake up early but i am in no way a morning person no matter how early i go to bed or how good i sleep, i need my space in the morning times and i need it to be quiet to wake up or i get really really crabby and frustrated. i always have my whole life. my kids are so loud in the mornings and they try and climb all over me immediatly so it seems is all i do in the mornings is yell yell yell. i cant take myself some times. and its not there fault there kids they do what kids do, but i cant handle my mornings. what can i do to make my mornings and their mornings a little better and easier? plz help me im tired of being crabby!!

everytime you cook them? i just threw it all together in a pan and forgot to brown them. another question is in the oven with soup and onions and a lil water how long should i bake them for? i normally do it in a skillet but wanted to do it in oven this time. thnx for info!

she is 1years old and she hasnt been sleeping again the last couple nights so we are going to the doctor in an hour but this is like her 5th or 6th one now. what are they going to do? do they do emergancy surgery to put tubes in her ears or do they stick her on more antibiotics? i dont want her to go on anymore antibiotics because thats not good (i dont want her to have surgery either but i want her to get better) what do they do now?

whenever his brother and him start fighting over something i take it away and he will start screaming non stop forever like its a panic or if i turn the tv off (i dont like the tv on all day) he screams and screams and throws a tantrum. if i put him on timeout cause he pushed his one year old sister (he is quite mean to her) he screams. it seems as if he is always screaming and crying. he should be a happy boy he get attention, no one is ever really mean to him except for when his brother fights with him, hes got tons of toys and is very well loved. he hits kicks screams fights all day if you put him in that mood. im not sure how to handle it anymore. i have gotten down to his level to talk to him calmly about it but he just screams louder same with time outs and spanking just make him hit and kick and throw bigger fits. its like he panics about these things. for example if seth his older bro has a toy he has been playing with for awhile and aiden wants it he starts throwing these very severe tantrums either til seth stops playing with it and he finally gets it or its an all day thing. i have no clue how to handle it anymore. i have three kids and have taken care of alot of kids as well, all with different behaviors, i have done all different kinds of punishment with him none of it works and just seems to make things 10 time worse. why is he like that i dont know what to do to get him to calm down/ any advice for me please or what the problem might be would be great, i cant get him into the doctor til september =( there are no openings so until then i have to twiddle my fingers. please please help me im in desprete need!!
