Okay, so I admit I'm lazy. Id rather not look on the internet to find out, I'd rather give you guys points on here and see what you guys think instead.

My best friend is getting married, and her and her fiance are trying to have a baby. She was on the depo birth control shot for 3 years and they have been trying to have a baby for about 4 months with no luck so far and it's kind of getting her down. She thinks that the depo shot may be a reason why she is not getting pregnant.

My experience with this is that i was on the depo for 3 months, but it took me and my significant other 1yr 3mos to get pregnant, whereas with my other two children, it took just a couple of tries. I honestly don't know if it was the shot that caused it or just slow swimmers.

Your opinions on this would be helpful. If you know any information about this or just want to state your opinion then that's fine with me. It's even fine if you just want to answer to get some points. Either way, someone is getting helped out haha. Have a good day you guys!!

But yesterday, late afternoon, i stood up and i felt a sort of gush of water down there, it wasn't a lot just enough for me to stand all still and say "i don't think i just peed on myself..." well my husband said that i would know if my water had broken (i have a 1 1/2 year old) but when my now ex sister in law was pregnant with my nephew, her water had broken but it was just a little tear and she didn't know if it had broken or not until she went to the hospital and they confirmed it. Well now, instead of having a regular mucusy mucus plug come out, it's been more watery. I have been loosing my mucus plug for almost two weeks, and it just alarmed me that it's watery.

Anybody got any suggestions??

I am a high risk pregnancy. My unborn child has been diagnosed with spinabifida and hydroplaxia. I am supposed to have ultra-sounds every two weeks, but because of some medical insurance issues, I havent had one since mid October. Before the insurance issues, when I would get ultra-sounds the doctors would tell me that my unborn child was small for how far along I am. My question is, since they didn't seem to want to answer me is, how do they know how far along you really are if the baby is small for how far along I am. Because the way they determine your due date and everything is by the baby's measurements, right? So they could measure the baby and the baby, if small, can measure to like a 20wk fetus, but could really be like 25wks.....Do I make any sense?

I'm 30wks 5dys with my second child and the doctor told me that I'm already 1cm dilated. I am a high risk pregnancy. My child has been diagnosed with hydroplaxia and spina bifida. The doctor says that I may be dilated because of my previous pregnancy but I have been having stomach pains and it feels like he's tryin to push his way out and sometimes it feels like he's trying to punch and claw his way out too. He used to only do it when I would relax but now he is doing it no matter what I do. I've gone to the hospital about it and they tell me that nothing is wrong but I have a really bad feeling that he is going to come soon. Any suggestions?

My daughter is going to be 1 on july 4th and i was wondering how i could try to wean her off of it without it being a dramatic change. I do give her baby foods, and she does eat gold fish and some table foods, but it seems like it doesn't fill her up. Ive tried putting rice in her baby foods and i've even given her different kinds but it seems like even after she's eaten a lot she still wants breast milk. I know its soothing to her to breastfeed but i just don't want to have to breast feed her after she's a year old because i know so many people that say that breast feeding after a year is too much. I love having the bond with her but it's hard to do things when all she wants is breast milk. Also, my husband and i are thinking about having another child and i know that if i end up getting pregnant that it will be hard to wean her.

Any suggestions??

My daughter has thrush in her mouth and I got some Gentian Violet for her. But the only problem is that I'm worried because it says "for external use only" and my daughter's thrush is in her mouth......

Has anybody ever used this before?
