Most websites state how much protein a food has but it doesn't say how much of the each protein is in each food and what are the proteins in each food are. Remember that there are around 8 essential proteins and around 20 proteins out there. Is there some good sources of information out there that can calculate the complete protein in food combining? For example can you get some info on how much beans and rice and vegetable you would have to eat to get the daily recommended amount of protein? Or better yet is there an app or program that you can easily use by just punching in the food you ate for the day and it can tell you how much protein to eat and what types and the amount of protein to eat that is remaining for the day?

I believe I have candida and avoiding sugar helps me so would the 1g sugar protein bars make it worst? it has 20g of carbs vs about 60g for the entire weight of the bar.

I have a fridedaire stove and the oven element do go on but not at the same time. When the temperature is around 250 degrees F, sometimes both elements go on, but at 400 degrees F, sometimes the top one won't go on, is this normal? Is it part of the design? As far as I know both elements should go on and off at the same time unless the oven is at a broil setting.

I got a guitar and had a guitar repair man look at it and he said I should lower my saddle on my guitar , but I was wondering if he was trying to rip me off. So how high should the saddle or strings be on top of the bridge? And does anyone know how high the strings be above the first fret? Because the repair man sawed down the groves for the strings on the nut and the strings are lower but they don't seem to effect the sound, but I wondered if they are too low because I can barely slide a piece of paper between the high E string and the first fret metal bar.

I'm smart enough to know how to do the math problems if I get taught or learn on my own, but after a day or two the "know how" of doing the problems escapes me. anyone know how to make sure the problem "know how" can be retained for tests?

I believe I once heard or read that you don't really need to hold down all the strings with your index finger, but just semi hold them down with your first finer. Just making sure all the strings not held down by the second, third and fourth fingers are completely held down by the first finger as to not make a buzz sound. Is this true?
