Do you tip when you get massage with health insurance at the Dr. office? I mean I know you do at the spa, but what about at the Dr? The insurance company is getting soaked for most of the bill...so do you tip or not? I am getting a hour massage tomorrow, medically written for for by my DC, and I am not sure what to do at the end.

I volunteered for "dunk tank" duty at my school festival yesterday. My students took great pleasure in repeatedly sending me down. I now have HUGE bruises all over my arms, legs, feet, hands and tushy. The 2 largest are the size of dollar bills and are black on my arms. I probably have about 20 all together. It hurts to move. I have taken Aleve (naproxem sodium) and flexeril but I am still in agony. Should I go to the doctor? What will they do? Ideas?

I'm not sure what the deal is. I have a 90 day script but my doc gave me 5 refills but they expire in 6 months. So is it a 90 day script or a 30 day script. I meds are assigned PRN. Should I be refilling this monthly or every 90 days? The online refill service doesn't give me a "due date"

Will I then need to zero out the drive? Say I use the libraries computer but attach my external hard drive to get to my files. When I disconnect my hard drive do I need to do anything else to wipe my tracks?

What is the average xanax dosage usually prescribed? I have 1mg a day script but I am on 3 mgs today and the panic hasn't abated. Is 1mg conservative, should I ask for a higher dosage?

You know how they always throw out the "your insurance won' allow us to refill this early speech at the pharmacy". Well my RX insurance changed Jan 1st. If I move my RX's to a different pharmacy, because now I'm not locked into Walgreens (YEAH) can I refill early?

I have been prescribed ativan 1 mg 4x a day for a few weeks due to trauma. What would the difference be if it was xanax. Would that be too much xanax?

I had a miscarriage last week at 8wks. The only meds the hospital gave me were 800 mg ibuprofen. Yesterday my Dr. also added a script for Ativan 1mg 4 x a day. With the holidays it took a while for the hospital to get her the records. Should I ask for something different? What is the difference between ativan and xanax? I have xanax for "as needed" from a while ago but I don't know about taking it 4 times a day.

I took a first response Gold digital on Friday AM and got a yes within a minute. I am only 8-10DPO so I was shocked. Sat AM I took a clearblue digital and it came up not pregnant. I then took a EPT easy results and it came up not pregnant. Is FR gold just that good or am I in for disappointment?

I took a First Response Gold digital yesterday and it came up positive! Yea! My husband wanted to see an old fashioned test so I took a clear blue this morning (the + kind) and nothing. I'm frustrated and more than a little worried now. Am I pregnant or not? I took the digital so I wouldn't have to stare at lines anymore.

but then I took an expensive First Response Gold digital and it came up negative. So which is it?
