I've been at this new job for about 3 month and, for the most part, have been doing work that has nothing to do with what the job description stated. I understand that the job is not based on the job description, but I am not doing anything related to what I studied. It's not that the company is doing it on purpose, I guess it's just all bad timing, but I am struggling. I have no financial background, but I am working on financial documents that I have no idea what I am doing. Everything I do is wrong. Training pretty much happens in real time every time I make a mistake (which is often). Should I quit my job? Would it look bad if I quit so soon? Would a future employer be understanding?

What would you do if you were invited to a Thanksgiving family dinner, but the host says it'll be tacos and you'll have to pitch in $15 per person?

Also, the money would go toward catering general food and not the traditional Thanksgiving feast.

My girlfriend doesn't put in all her effort into our relationship. Only wants to do what she wants. Neglects my feelings and aspects of life (I.e. friends, family). What should I do?

So I met this girl online and have gone out twice, but I still can't tell if she's interested in me or not. Both dates were fun. Nothing awkward or anything. I didn't try to make a move or anything. But in between dates the communication has been one sided. She never text or calls me first. She'll talk only when I contact her. And responses don't really add to the conversation. Makes me feel like she's not into it. What do you guys think?

I've been having bloody stools for the past week. Like bright red streaks in the stool and toilet paper. Lately, I've been checking more thoroughly. So it looks like I wont start bleeding until the last piece of stool. I wipe after each discharge and there is no blood. It isn't until the last that has the blood and I wipe and the blood is there. What can this be?

I've been told that she misses me and wants me to apologize for my bad behaviors. Everybody is telling me to call her. But I feel hurt that she dumped me. Should I call her first? I don't want to seem like a doormat.

My brother is 22. Has erratic behavior, gets high everyday, severe anger problems, thinks everybody is against him, emotionally unstable, and quit school. Has problems at work. And yes, has already been in trouble with the law. One example, when he had a girlfriend she said something and burst crying and yelling and ran out the house. Help

What burns more calories?

So if a guy asks you out on a date why would not respond at all? Why not just say "no"? If you don't respond does that automatically mean you have no interest?

So I'm on this online dating site and girls are always messaging me first. But when the time comes that I ask them out they ignore me and stop! Why? What am I doing wrong? They come to me first! So it's not like I'm being creepy and talking to them. They respond to my other messages just fine, but when I ask them out I get nothing. Not even a "No." Am I asking them out to early? Too late? Why message me if they have no interest in meeting me in person? I NEED HELP!

Okay, so I want to run my first marathon. However, I have no idea where to begin.

How far in advance should I start training? The marathon is in September.

Is 5.3 miles a short or long marathon?

What should I eat before the race?

How much water should I consume before the race?

I use the whiting toothpaste and mouthwash, brush 2-3 times a day, and they still are yellow. What am I doing wrong? Is there anything else I can do?
