  • An idea about an NBA team what do you think?

I say get a whole team of really good retired veterans or old free agents. You can pay them less, but a little more then what others would. Then you can have many really good players on your team at once. Maybe they will play more humbly since they are older and less energized and so play well together. They will all be genius and way out experience the others and just kill on everyone. Maybe though just get a couple young athletes for cheap and they would even have tons of mentors. The older players would just punk everyone as they are tougher and wiser. Player like Gary Payton, Nick Van Exel, Dikembe Mutombo, Sam Cassell, Robert Horry, Reggie Miller, Karl Malone, Alonzo Mourning, Scottie Pippen, David Robinson, and probably much better players that I cant think of. Oh and Charles Barkley :)?

  • Would you rather have Shaq or Jordan on your team?

I know that Jordan was good, but his team was able to win a championship without him.

I don't think the Lakers would have won without Shaq.

I also think that it is easier to find a dominant skilled player then it is to find a dominant physical player with some skill.

No doubt Jordan is better, but do you think having Shaq on your team would make you win more?

If I am right it is easier to find a good small player then an extra ordinary large one.

Maybe one Shaq with 2 moderate shooting guards then one Jordan and 2 moderate center since the centers would be harder to find.

I think the dominance physically settles things and you cant win a game by only jump shots in and out is easier then out and in.

  • A couple questions about getting a job in a group home?

I want to get a job in a youth group home as a residential counselor or basically as one who watches over the youth in the house. I am in the Southern California area between Los Angeles and Orange County.

How can I find the group homes in my area? (social serices, large group home institutions?)

Do I need a degree or is it entry level? (I used to live in a group home as a youth and have had my life turned around I went to an unaccredited Bible school and may start normal college in a few months)

  • A question about an injury to my leg?

I play a lot of sports. My shins are often sore from all the banging. About an hour after playing sports on day I looked down at my leg. My right **** was swollen in a certain spot under my knee. It bulged out sort of in a round way almost the size as if a tennis ball were cut in half and placed on my leg. There was a good amount of pressure on my leg with the bulge. I couldn't remember hitting it though I may have. Shins I think can be tough so it may just be that I didn't feel it much. Or it may have been from always playing on strained shins. It didn't hurt very much except I pushed on the bump. When I woke up the next morning the swelling went down half way. For the last 4 days I have rested and the swelling has stayed at the same size. That being half of what it originally was. Some one told me it was a bruise with swelling. However, I do not see how muscle could swell right over your shin since I don't think there is muscle right over the shin. I thought maybe it was blood filling up in my leg or something. I also thought maybe I broke my shin and my shin released fluid or something. I am not sure I can say it is broken though because it doesn't really hurt. I can walk on my leg it just feels a little swollen and a little odd. After a while I saw that it looked like there was bruising around the bump. Then today after 4 days of resting I looked at my leg in the sunlight. There was discoloring on the bump and around on my shin underneath my shin, however now the bruise like coloring has gone down my leg a little over the shin, and I looked at the side of my foot by my heel and it is blue. I don't know what is wrong it looks like maybe I bursted a bunch of veins and blood is running in my leg or something?

  • Questions about prosumer camcorder and their CCD's?

What are some of the things that separate the $5-10,000 camcorders from those that are $20-50,000?

Do most prosumer camcorders have 1/3 CCD's? Or are there other sizes like 1/4 ect? I need to know because I have told that having 3CCD's are important.

Is it better to have one large CCD or 3 smaller ones?

I saw a Panasonic with a 2/3 3CCD. Is this good? It was 20k though. How much better is 2/3 to 1/3? Is there a way I can get CCD's this size for a cheaper price?

CCD's are mainly for low light right?
