La noche de ano nuevo nos tomaron unas fotos a mi esposo y a mi y se rumoran cosas de que ella va mucho a las hierberias y desde que nos tomo esas fotos a los cuantos días y hasta la fecha hemos tenido muchos problemas el y yo. Que puedo hacer para saber si nos hizo algo?

I had a traffic accident and the other driver was at fault. I went through my insurance since his was taking to long to resolve the issue. Now I already took my car for repairs using my insurance and I get a call from his insurance saying that they are paying for the damages. Now my question is do I have to report to my insurance? I know that in order for my insurance to not go up much I have to let them know. It'll still go up even if the other insurance pays I've been told. Now can I keep the check issued to me by his insurance or do I by law have to let them know. I know that if the other driver hadn't had insurance mine would have had to come in.

He has insurance, but his insurance says they can't resolve my claim 'cause they haven't been able to get a statement from him and that he got a lawyer to represent him. My question is how long can he go on without giving his statement? He admitted to the police officer that it was his fault. Obviously he doesn't want them to pay for my damages, but now what? Isn't there law in Texas that makes him talk to his insurance in a given amount of time? I have insurance, but I want him to pay for his fault. Please help!

I had to go back to sign four missing papers and by the time I went someone had already signed them with my name. I have no idea what to do? I do know it's illegal, but I don't know where to start. Help!

I had just purchased my van when an idiot backed up and hit the side of my van. He presented insurance papers to the cop and all he got was a ticket for the accident. Now when I went to fix it with his insurance, I find out it's cancelled. Well now what do I do? I don't want to fix it myself since it wasn't my fault. I have full coverage insurance on it, but my deductible is larger than the damage. I have no idea what to do. Help!

Lo escuche hoy por la manana. Lo menciono Alex Caffie en un programa de radio en Estados Unidos. El autor menciona a Maria Felix, Carmen Salinas, Sylvia Pinal y tambien menciona que Joan Sebastian iba a perder a alguien ya sea a un hijo o algun familiar muy cercano. Alex dijo que el articulo estaba circulando en una revista de aqui de Mexico. Obviamente no la menciono pero me llamo mucho la atencion lo que menciona el autor. Si saben el nombre del libro, el autor, o la revista se los agradeceria. Feliz Independencia desde Texas.

A discount supercenter actually. There's this lady that's a total bi**ch. She loves intimidating people to the point of making them cry in front of customers. I know a lot of people quitting because of her. How can she get away with all that. The store or the company won't do sh**. She can't continue this it's not fair for people wanting to earn a living.

Yesterday we had a birthday party for my Mom we invited a lot of relatives. When the party finished they carried with every piece of food they could. They even took sodas, most of my Moms cake, meat from the cookout you name it they took a big load of everything. I don't want to sound mean, but we didn't have anything left over. Now we are expecting them real soon for another party, how can we avoid this from happening again? By the way they always do this. You might say don't invite them anymore, but they are my Mom's relatives.
