I created a list of friends who enjoy similar stories as me. I used to be able to send emails by selecting this list instead of each individual. The list is still in my contacts, but Yahoo! Mail no longer allows me to select it when creating an email. Can you help?

With the complete waste of funds by the IRS, Supreme Court Justices (SCJ), YOU, and many other government offices, why should I pay income taxes? The SCJ recently stated our tax dollars only paid for their transportation and lush hotel bills. I haven't been able to afford a vacation in 10 years, but I probably could if my job paid for transportation and hotel expenses!!! So why should I pay income taxes?

"Minority voters are more likely than white voters to vote early in person, and are less likely to have a government-issued photo ID"...this has been the claim by Democrats for years. However, health insurance REQUIRES picture ID. Once the new healthcare law begins, everyone will have to have a picture ID...what will be the argument after that?

Doubt it would ever happen...the greedy only get greedier! It amazes me how people think they need to live in huge homes. I'll bet if you tracked some of these rich people's movements, there are parts of their homes they NEVER go into (that goes for the Hollyweird stars too)!!

I wish sports people would stay in sports and Hollyweird types would stay with acting and quit mingling in things they have no, or very little, knowledge in. The news media will always show gun related crimes over any other type, and rarely will they show stories of when guns saved someone. The truth is, we do not need more gun control than what we already have, they simply need to enforce the laws already there. Guns don't kill people, PEOPLE kill people! The murder-suicide that he was talking about, while tragic, would have probably happened with a knife, baseball bat, or anything else he could have gotten his hands on. There are millions of us gun-carrying people who do so legally and without issue, and we don't need senseless things like this to take our rights away!

I did, and I would LOVE to have my money back! What a total waste of time and money. Complete crap! He's off my "A" list!

I did not know they were SUCH a rippoff! Due to the economy, I had to stop the $730 per month payment for a life insurance annuity. I had $9,800 built up and they told me the fees for early withdrawal was $7,400! What a bunch of thieves!

My bets are Obama, though I do hope I am wrong. I wish it was Ron Paul, mainly because the Bilderberg Group is scared of him and they are the ones who run things in this country and others, so anyone who scares them is a good candidate for America. Not to mention the fact that Ron Paul will give us REAL change and hope! Not the kind of change the socialist Obama said he'd bring. Steve Kroft of 60 Minutes does another great job on covering a story on Country Wide Mortgage company, now owned by Bank Of America. The lady who was an Executive Vice President of the company, and the leader of the fraud branch of that company, was fired when she refused to lie to the government. No one from our government has questioned her yet. She said entire offices across the country committed fraud many ways and on many counts. Many of the wealthy who were involved in Country Wide, including many Politicians, have yet to be arrested or even questioned under oath! They are all crooks!

The recent episode where Steve Kroft talks about our thieving politicians is the kind of journalism we had many years ago and need to have back again. I wish he'd do more stories like it...especially since the politicians are going after more people who committed a crime that they are exempt from! It's even more funny when politicians constantly lie to the American people, yet throw people in jail for perjury! What a joke!! The American people need to take our government back and then throw those crooked politicians in jail, but take away their benefits and pay first!

They are right there with the Wall Street crowd. It doesn't matter if you are a Rep or a Dem, they both do this. Recently, Prez Obama talks about getting jobs for our Disabled Veterans (DV). The Veteran's Administration (VA) has a program called, "Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business" (SDVOSB). The program SOUNDS interesting and easy, but it is far from it! This is so these companies can bid on set-aside government contracts (set-aside contracts are those that are set-aside for SDVOSM, women owned businesses, 8(a) companies, etc.). So, the rules say, you must have a DV owning 51% of the business and ACTIVELY running the business. So, how many DV's leave the military with the knowledge of how to run their own business? How many know how to put bids together for a contract? How many know that, in order to get a government contract, you must be bonded and insured and to get that, you have to have CAPITAL! How much capital? Well, typically, you get one-third the money on your bond for what you have in capital. As an example, if you have $1 million dollars in capital, you are lucky to receive a bond of $300,000! There's not too many contracts that are that low.

So, think about all of this for a minute, is it any wonder why the VA did not meet their quotas for the number of SDVOSB's last year? And you would THINK the VA is there to HELP the DV, right? YOU WOULD BE WRONG!!

So, you may be thinking, well, I'll just join up with a General Contractor, who already owns his own business, and use him to help me, right? Sounds logical, right? Well, you can't do that because the Small Business Administration (SBA) has a rule call "Affiliation", which you are not allowed to have. The funniest part of this is their definitions of "Affiliation"...here's two items: 13 C.F.R part 121.103: (4) Affiliation may be found where an individual, concern, or entity exercises control indirectly through a third party.

(5) In determining whether affiliation exists, SBA will consider the totality of the circumstances, and may find affiliation even though no single factor is sufficient to constitute affiliation.

"...and MAY FIND affiliation even thought NO SINGLE FACTOR is sufficient to constitute affiliation"??? What? Why don't they just say, "Look, if we do not want you to have a company, we'll just fall on this rule and then you CAN'T have it!"

This is what many of us American's are saying when you hear us talk about TOO MUCH REGULATIONS! They write regulations to cancel other regulations so they can control who they do and do not want to be successful!!

I've been in the Information Technology (IT) field since 1982. My expertise has been in everything except programming. I started working in Storage Array systems in 2005 and right away I could see a major problem with all of the designs on the market - the disks were right next to each other causing heat and vibration problems, which are the two biggest "killers" of hard drives! ONE company fixed these issues, and that is why they sell their arrays with five years of free hardware maintenance (most of their hard drives do not fail on their arrays for the first 7 years). However, the really big names in Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi, HP, and others) have threatened to do all they could to "bury" Xiotech. Why? Because these large company's greatest revenue is MAINTENANCE! When I've used some of the arrays produced by these larger companies, it was no uncommon for a drive to fail every month. The fact that these companies want to see Xiotech fail, can ONLY be the reason Xiotech is not doing better. I've used Xiotech's product and it is not only sound, it is faster (in IOPs) than any competitor!! I do hope companies start waking up and look at the technological advances this company has done with arrays; it is simply AMAZING!! (Disclaimer: I have no relation with Xiotech or any of their employees).

The way this White House is spending, how long would $2.4 trillion take this country? A couple of months? Maybe until the month of his either re-election or demise? Then what?

I do not, as they replace workers and usually are problematic. Let's keep America working and not use these!
