Does anyone know whats going on - Saturday Kitchen Live is looking very much like last weeks episode. It is listed as having Call the Midwife Actress Helen George as a guest. But Ruthie Henshaw is on again. Cant find answers on BBC website....or am I just living a groundhog day ?

It started about a week ago with a bad cold, but has now gone to my chest and I am now coughing up yellow discharge, and have gone off my food and feel weak. I know there is a problem with antibiotics being over prescribed, and doctors are very reluctant to give them out, so I don't want to waste my time being lectured to by the Doctor. I know my own body ! So is there another effective remedy ? I have tried steam inhalation and cough medicine without success.

I have read that gluten cornmeal is a good natural herbicide for lawns and path weed. But cannot see it anywhere on the web or find out where to buy it. Maybe it goes by another name here. Can anyone solve this mystery?

Does anyone know why I have not received my tickets for a Coldplay concert purchased from a valid company See tickets.com. I have emailed them, but just get a standard automated reply, telling me that they will be sent out. I want to give them to my daughter for her birthday. How do I find out who the event organisers are, so I can contact them direct.

Do I need an iPad app to put the photos I take on my iPad 2 to FB. I have tried to change my profile pic but the file option on FB is not enabled (unhighlighted).

Has anyone else had problems getting into yahoo mail ? This has been happening since last night, and again this morning. I get into Yahoo, but then it gets stuck and cannot open mail.

I have an emerald and diamond ring, the ring itself is gold and the raised setting looks like white gold. But there is no visible hallmark just the initials FJ on the inside of the ring.

I did get a valuation a couple of years ago of 2K but because the ring is not currently in fashion, no jeweller seems interested in buying it.

Just acquired a new iPad and want to Transfer my photos onto it from my laptop. Is this going to be a difficult process for a novice techie? If so what leads do I need ? Or do I have to put them onto my iPod first. Grateful for any help. Thanks.

Just received a new Virgin Media Wifi Hub, so that I can use my Ipad for the internet. But I cannot seem to get power into my Laptop ?? Not sure what is wrong, as I have connected my Ipad OK and thats working fine wirelessly. How can I get my pictures and documents from the laptop onto my Ipad. This may sound stupid to all you techies out there, but as you have probably guessed I am !!

I cannot get rid of this massive Aviva ad on my yahoo mail account.

Every time I try to check my new mail it thinks I want to open the ad.

I have emailed Aviva, but it is sooooo annoying. There is no x to close it either.

I tried to watch the latest episode of Downton Abbey on catch up TV last night, but it was not available. How long do you have to wait until you can play it on catch up TV ?

I heard an ad on the Radio for a pass that is beig given away free with todays Sunday Times. I love P.Express so bought the S.T. but to my dismay the deal is this - you have to spend120 pounds before you get the bonus of 50 pounds - I feel a bit cheated as I can't afford to spend that amount on eating out,. All the other Pizza Express deals were brilliant especially the B.O.G.F last month. What do you think ?

They squatted in my loft, and made a nest in there - they have now left but are in my garden, knawing away at a cob nut tree and just dropping the remains all over the garden. I just want rid of the pests, I used to think them cute, but my, I have changed my opinion now, they are making my life hell. I believe a warfarin dilute is the answer, but don't know where to obtain it.

some 5 weeks ago now I had blood tests taken at my Doctors for cholesterol and thyroxine levels. I was told by the Nurse that if I did not hear anything within 7-10 days to assume all is fine. However, I have just called the Doctors surgery and asked for the results, and they told me my (bad) cholesterol reading is 7.0. I have discovered that this is very high, and needs addressing - surely my Doctor should have called me in to discuss these results ? and given me some advice. Should I complain ? if so to whom ?
