I purchased a jailbroken iphone and when I went to restore it to add music and apps through itunes it wouldnt restore. It says that an error occured and now my iphone shows the itunes symbol and USB telling me to connect it to itunes to restore. But it wont restore it. What have I done and what can I do to fix it?

I recently accused my neighbor of breaking into my house, he has a history of theft among our other neighbors which on 2 accounts he's promised to replace their belongings. After hiding from the police finally he was found. He was questioned, his name was scanned and came up with an active bench warrant which at that point he was arrested and searched. Upon this a screwdriver that belonged to one of the toolboxes that was stolen was seized from his pockets. He's spent 2 1/2 weeks incarcerated and was released with a court return date. He now stated to my other neighbor that once he is clear of charges that he plans on suing me and the police department because he is innocent. Can he do this? How can i protect myself in return?

In the past recent months I have gotten in contact with my 14 year old daughter. She had been asking about me to her father and to my surprise he was able to get in contact with me. Alot of drama between the paternal grandmother and myself is what caused me leaving. I was 15 at the time and the grandmother made it her daily issue to have me in and out of court taking my child. She relocated several times without me having any knowledge of her. My daughter finally got in contact with me thru text asking to see me, in which I agreed. We met after school, she asked me to please speak to her grandmother about being able to visit with her. Finally her father gave me his mothers number and after calling for what seemed like forever she answered the phone and agreed to us reuniting. Well... whats the problem? After 2 months of talking to her everyday, spending time with her, introducing her to her younger sisters, the grandmother found out that I had seen her prior to our "first" visit. Her son notified her of it, which is a stupid move since he's the one who suggested it to our daughter. Now, the grandmother states that our daughter doesn't want to speak to me right now and that she needs time. I don't believe this since my daughter loved being with me, always asks to come over again before she leaves. I'm thinking about going into family court and trying it that way, or should I wait it out and see what happens?
