Im looking to buy a Mitchell & Ness NBA jersey, and the one I really like is a size 48. However my friend says it will be pretty snug for me, Im 6'3", 180lbs. I googled Jersey Sizing, and on the NBA website I found a sizing chart where it says a 48 is an XL...

Such as in quality, tone, sustain, etc.

For example, Gibsons are MUCH better than Epiphones, Epiphones are horrible. And Fender Stratocasters' knockoffs, the Squiers, are pretty bad too. I feel that LTD is not like that, like they are good quality guitars because they are priced reasonably high on some models, whereas Epiphones are along the lines of 200-400.

Anyone agree with me/ disagree?

I know that the price of the 2 guitars are much different, a couple thousand vs a couple hundred. And i know that ESP makes LTD so im curious as to how they are so much different. Anyone know?

Does the ESP sound that much more amazing than the LTD?

Hey everyone, i have a situation. See, i like this girl, but i dont know her, AT ALL. I know is her name and what grade shes in. Im a senior (guy) and shes a junior. Well we did have a class last year, but the whole class was sophmores and we never talked. Shes really hot, but not a slut for sure, although she does dress scandalously. Any way to my story-

So i see her in the halls every day walking from one of my classes, and again once at the end of the day when i leave campus (seniors get out at noon). Almost every time i see her, she looks back at me. Idk if its the look like a "hey" or just a look. I want to think its a "youre cute" look, but she hasnt smiled or winked or anything out of the ordinary to let me know. So today, wanting to do something about it, i became her friend on Facebook. Ya, i know, facebook.

Sooo what im asking is, what i should do next? Part of me wants to just message her on facebook and try to pick her up that way, but the other part of me doesnt know what else TO do. I dont think that walking up to her out of the blue would go very well, shes usually with someone talking to them walking.

but just to make clear, shes in my league and im not ugly or a comp nerd. im just not as outgoing as most but im working on it.

Ive heard that "guitars are only as good as their pickups" like you could buy a non expensive, for ex epiphone, and put really nice pick ups on it and it would sound just as good as a $1000 dollar guitar with the same pick ups. Is that even true??

Im wondering this because i myself am looking to upgrade my pickups, but truth be told i dont know how long i am going to keep my guitar. Then after i heard this, I thought that why bother spending all that money to get a better guitar when you can make it sound just as good just by changing the pickups? What do you think?

Hey, I own an Ibanez electric guitar, RG series and I love it. I play metal normally, Metallica and Iron Maiden, etc but anyways, i havent had any problems with it. My friend has a Jackson V and when he solos he finger taps and it sounds soo clean. We both have the same amps, Line 6 Spyder III 30 Watt.

Only when i try to finger tap is doesnt sound very good. and when he tries it on mine, it doesnt sound that good or anything as good as on his Jackson. So what im asking is, is it Ibanez's are not good for finger tapping? Will some sort of effects help it? or is it the pick ups? or what?

Hey im looking to buy a dirtbike, not a brand new one because im on a budget.. a tight budget.

First, What is the best quality brand of dirt bike? Honda?

Second, im 6' 2" - 6' 3", so what is a good amount of CCs? I wanna be able to go fast, but im a beginner so not insane.

I do not know really anything about motorcycles or dirt bikes, so ANY helpful information is much appreciated. Thanks!

Im 17 and I want to learn to ride bikes. As much as i want to, Im not sure if I will actually like it, like there is this thought in the back of my mind, like im 99.9% sure but theres that .1% thats lingering..

I havent taken any tests or gotten any permits, and right now, i have no way of practicing on my own or with someone because i have no bike.

Ive been looking on craigslist and id like to buy a bike for 5k with <5k miles probably kawasaki ninja zx6r or suzuki gsxr.. but i dont want to buy one and regret it, you know? Plus because those are powerful bikes, i heard they are not good for beginners.
