My business will provide items that Malaysians want from the US but cannot buy because they don't sell it in Malaysia. For example; Crest Whitening Strips, Vogue fashion magazine, Sephora Cosmetics etc etc

I want to be able to provide these items at affordable cost. Would you be interested in purchasing? Do you have suggestions of what else I can sell or you would want from USA?

I'll keep this as short as possible.

I have been dating for 8 months.The relationship is going great. However, one thing is starting to bother me, he has a female bestfriend. They met at 14, dated and didn't workout. They remained friends. He said he treated her like crap over the years and she was always there so he appreciates that and thats why she is his best friend. 2 years ago they slept together couple times. He realised that it didnt feel right they stopped and are friends again. So is there a possibility that she always liked him and he didn't? I am very uncomfortable with their friendship, I have brought it up and he said that they have been friends for so long and he learned from his last relatioship not to give up friendships. He understands that I am not comfortable but he assures me he would never cheat on me.

That no not my problem. I know he wouldn't leave me for her coz he is totally into me and adores me but I just cant be comfortable. I am trying. On top of that, his mom is organizing a girls night and wants me and her to attend. I have never met her yet (which is questionable? and me and my bf fought about it before?)

So what am I suppose to do? Am I over-reacting? I am just grossed out by their behavior coz I never sleep around, especially not with my best friend (I dont even have a make best friend). Also i cant help but think that they know what each other feels like and look like naked. Ick!

Here is the deal, I moved to a new city 8 years ago and met this girl. She was my very 1st friend and we were really close. However, over the years we have fallen apart a little. She is not my best friend but we definitely have many common interest. So our basis of friendship is always activities like going out to clubs, shopping, dinner/movie and travel. I usually don't enjoy conversations with her...so I try not to do one of one sessions. I can sit through dinner but thats the max. After my best friend moved away, I see a her a lot more often now and she is starting to really get on my nerves at times. I can tolerate it but my patience is limited lately....

Anyhow...what bothers me...is her judgemental comments about my life or my other friends. She doesn't really know my other circle because the last few times I brought her in my circle she made the same judgmental comments and my friend dislike her. However, she continues to make those comments all the time to me like "Oh those girls are more your kinda crowd than mine" its always this I'm better than you and all those girls and hints me in it as well. Which upsets me coz from where I stand, she isnt better. She has more money thats about it. She is actually sluttier than those girls and more superficial. So it upsets me...coz I love those girls just as much as her.

What should I do?

Is this because they are not content? Is it to validate themselves in someway? Is it merely entertainment?

I am not ms goodie goodie either. I have engaged in mild flirtations with friends but I only did it when they start and I respond back. Usually its something funny and we never get too sexual and as soon as it gets too far I actually back off or express that I am not comfortable.

How do you approach this?

I am thinking of starting my own fashion boutique. I am not sure which route to go. I would prefer that the business and my personal finances are not mixed up so I was thinking of making it a C or S corp. How hard is it if I were to change my mind and want to change the way my company is built?

How do most people start? Where can I get my capital? I am currently writing a business plan. I am paying off all my debt to increase my credit worthiness and saving some money to show that I am serious about this. I am also looking for suppliers I can buy from and researching plenty of other elements.

Will all this be good enough? What is a cheaper way besides opening an online store to sell my clothes? To may be build a customer base?

I went to the ils site got the age, income and spending habits of women but that isn't enough. Inventory count would be helpful if I had the sizes and also when I buy my product I will know what sizes to get more and less.

Why and why not? If its a brand you are not familiar with but the styles are great would you still buy it online?

I am planning to start my own fashion boutique but I am not established enough to open a store (financially). I am writing a business plan and working on a website for now. I am doing my market research and plenty of other reseacrh and I came up with this idea yesterday and I need to know if I am being realistic and if this is possible.

Anyhow, question is. I have the product. The clothes I want to sell are very NYC for fashion forward people and there is one store in my area (a little boutique) that sell clothes like that.

The niche is their stuff is wayy to expensive, if I have a boutique they would be my competitor and my advantage would be cheaper price and way more fashionable clothes. I'd say quality is similar.

Do you think it would be ok for me to ask them if they would rent me shelve space? This way I can start with small inventory without going all out leasing a place and what not. They can make the sale and I can pay them whatever they ask for since their employees are doing the work. I will add it to my cost of good. I Can still mark it up by 100% or 150%

This way I can sell my clothes and also get a better idea of whether or not I have my market here without risking it all? What is the likely hood of that?

My sale pitch would be, they would be guaranteed to make money whether or not my stuff sells. All I am asking for is a rack!

I need some help...me and my bf of 3 years are having some boundary issues lately and I can't determine who is being too closed or open. So if you could tell me how long you have been with your partner, the status of your relationship (we live together) and how things are for below questions:

Do you let him go out with other females and make new female friends?

What if its a co worker he wants to hang out with on the weekend?

Ex co worker he wasn't really friends with but would like to hang out with now to catch up?

IS it ok if he flirts with them? What if he says he is joking? (my last question was more specific to this)?

I don;t mind females before me but we broke up and he had some females in that time frame, should I allow him to be friends with them?

Over all where do you draw the line? One on one hang out ok? Only group hang out? Should he be introducing me to them? SHould he be telling them that he is with me if he hasnt seen them since we got together (coz they were friends when we broke up)?

i recently got a job with a bank and they are offering me a good interest rate to take out a debt consolidation loan. I have balances on 5 cards I am consolidating. I have had these cards for years since college. I really do want to close out all these accounts after its paid off with the loan but will that hurt my credit? I dont use these cards anymore either, they have been sitting in my basement for a very long time!

Also, is taking that loan a good idea? I am doing this because it saves me like $100 or more in interest a month and make it into one bill instead of 5 bills everymonth.

As for the loan I plan to pay the whole thing off in a year if I can even though the term is for 4 yrs. Is it worth doing what I'm doing if I'm able to pay my entire debt in a year? I owe 10K and its pretty much maxed out my cc's.. My credit score is not bad but not great either and i intend to buy a house when all this is done.

My lease vehicle was totaled last night. I didn't hit anyone, it spun onto the guard rail of the thruway and took significant damage front and back. It would be considered total loss.

I've had the car for about 2 years on a lease.Its a 36 month lease. I filed a claim with my insurance company. From my understanding, i will pay the $500 deductable and the insurance company will pay for the rest. Which would mean, they would pay for the rest of what I owed? or what if they estimate the value less than the buyout price of my lease? Would I have to pay the difference?

Also, do I get a new car? mine was a 2007 Scion TC. Or will the lease be voided and I have to buy another car or start a new lease?

I'm really sad that this happened. Its my first car and my very first accident so I'm so lost on what to do or what to inccur.

If you work 9-5 monday-friday. when Have you discovered to be the best workout time?

I normally go it after work 3 times a week. By the time I get home its about 7pm. I would immediately take a shower and make dinner. This causes me to eat dinner around 8:30-9:00 which I dont mind coz I dont go to sleep till 11 or 12 at the latest.

I have been contemplating working out in the morning. Not sure if its better.

I'm asking because I joined a gym about 3 months ago and started working out 3 times a week. I do my obliques, upper abs and lower abs. Variations I use: Obliques-bicycle/weight ball side to side crunch, upper an lower abs-Vsit ups, regular crunches, backward crunches. I went from 20rep4 sets to 50reps4 sets.

I have seens some result, like when I make a muscle I can see feel my abs really hard but other than that I dont see results.

Am I doing something wrong? Why doesn't it show?

So I got a new job and gave in my notice. Which of course means that I would have to work at my current job for a while more.

Somehow I can feel the difference between co workers who are genuinely happy for my new oppurtunity and those who are not very happy and are making snide comments and saying "good for you" in a sarcastic manner.

I am usually happy for someone when they are moving on. When my last so worker left I sent him a congratulation email and that I will miss working with him and hope he keeps in touch.

I was offered a job with last week. They had me do a bunch of test this week. Urine test, fingerprint test, background check etc etc and everything went through. They asked me for a start date and I told them the 28th of april and asked them to let me know if its too late. That is 3 weeks from now. I could start as early as the 25th but since they need it to be on a monday I had to do the 28th.

If I insist on the 28th can they pull the job offer back?
