I just adopted a wonderful little Boston Terrier named Harley who's just a little bundle of joy. I bought him a collar but I've noticed that a lot of smaller dogs have been wearing a harness. Is it so they don't choke? Should I also gt Harley a harness? He seems to be walking fine with a collar though. I'd appreciate all of your advise. Thanks!
