Considering my family of nine has gotten by on $60,000 a year, I think I could get by on that amount. My dad isn't so sure. Am I being unrealistic?

I have considerably high verbal and written skills, but not much else going for me. I've considered Journalism, Massage Therapy, teaching and even being a bar tender, but I just don't know what to do. Is there something I can make enough to get by at and still be able to write my novels?

And, in addition, what are some stereotypes about them?

Just to clarify, by 'how do Cornish people talk?' I mean, what does their accent and dialect sound like?

My understanding of the situation was that, at the time of the invasion by Germany, Poland and Romania were fairly close diplomatically and Poland declined military aid from Romania because they expected help from Britain and France. I'm just wondering if it would have made much difference if the Polish had gotten backup from Romania.

This is mostly a curiosity question; I'm sort of dipping my toe into the idea for a story.

And before you say that 'protection' is just as reasonable, let me remind you it's mostly a protection against pregnancy, not STDs. You use a sponge, a vaginal ring, or birth control pills, it doesn't protect you anymore from STDs than not using them.

The Jews were not the only victims. In fact, over ten million Slavs (that's Russians, Byelorussians, Ukrainians, Poles etc.) were killed by the Nazis, in an attempt to wipe out their race, but more slowly than the Jews. There were also the Gypsies, the homosexuals, the dissidents, and POW who were murdered in those concentration camps. Why is all the attention, all the remembrance focused on the Jews?
