I am wondering if anyone has obtained an online Psyd or Phd in psychology online and has succes getting licensure. I m not looking for anyones opinion about online degrees just someone who has had experience. I have done my research and I know the pro s and cons. But I ll soon be finishing my MS in forensic psychology and really want to pursue a Psyd. But I m a busy mom of 5 so I need to be able to sit up at 3 or 4 a.m and do my classes and school work. Any personal experience would be very helpful. Thanks.

I am filling out my FAFSA for 2016-2017 school year and I can t determine my grade level. I attend part time and will have 87 credits when this year ends. So I start off the new year with those 87 credits. Of course once I finish my first class I ll have 90 credits so do I put I m a junior or senior?

I notified my landlord in an email that our A/C was not working properly the end of May. I set it at 77-78 and the temp would still be 88-95 all day. The unit never shuts off trying to cool the house to the set temp. June comes and he wants rent but isn't fixing the air. So we refused rent until it was fixed. After 4 repair men tell him it needs replacing he refuses and sends his unlicensed handyman to fix it. It still didn't work properly and he then tries to evict us. Judge let's him known to have a licensed tech fix the unit in two days. They patch it up as best they can and it's working for now. It's been 2 months it took him to fix! In that time i incurred $1200 in electric bill due to the falty system running ALL day. Now they are trying to order us to pay him a full months rent since he finally fixed it. This man should be held accountable for taking 2 months to fix something he should have done in 48hrs and I shouldn't have to eat the cost on my electric bill and pay him a full months rent. What is my recourse in this? How can I get him to help pay my bill or be penalized in some way for his failure to rectify the issue on a timely fashion? Oh and I'm renting a 4 bedroom house but one room STILL has not working air in it and he threatened to come seal it off to avoid fixing.

Most states seem to exclude rent checks but I find no information on Clark County Nevada and if they except rent checks. The tenants have since been evicted during that same month they wrote the check. Can I collect on it through the DA?

I have not been to college in 7 yrs and I finally am ready to go back now that my family is complete and settled. I want to end up with a Bachelor degree in Web Development. Most online schools offer an Associates and a Bachelors degree for this. Is it really necessary for me to obtain the Associate degree first or is it ok to just go directly into the Bachelor program. Just interested if someone is in this field and what schooling suggestions they would have for me. Thanks!

So for 3 weeks I do Tae Bo 45 min a day 6 days a week and this third week I incorporated a 45 min daily walk pushing my toddlers in the double stroller and carrying my 1 yr old the baby sling. My calorie counter app on my Android keeps track of my daily food I eat and my calories burned so I am sure my calorie intake is what it should be, not to mention I still breastfeed so thats burning calories also, yet three weeks ago I was 173, I'm 5'5, I dropped to 169 within 1 1/2 weeks then this morning i'm at 170, up a pound and even though I barely ate today out of shear frustration my mid day weight is 173 again!! Why am I not dropping much weight and yoyo'ing despite calorie counting and exercise?? What can I do more or different? I'm a stay home mom but with 3 kids age 3yr, 2yr, and 1yr I am hardly ever resting.

Going to do my micros with deep wave hair and I have natural shoulder length hair. Will my hair show if I only braid half way down my own hair? And can I slip knot them that way with out taking

my real hair out during the take down process? How do I get the knot out to take them down?

We told the landlord we are moving because the house in roach infested and its just too unsanitary to stay here for the money they are charging. We tried having our own exterminator come out as well as the landlord did also. The home is a rent to own and we refuse to keep renting and darn sure do not want to buy it now. We are moving on the first and advised him of that. We only paid partial this month cause we planned to be gone sooner. I told him we would turn the rest in with the keys. He is claiming he started filing for eviction which includes starting with a 5 day notice here in Nevada. His rep claimed she taped a notice to our garage three days ago and mailed it but we have not gotten anything! There was never anything on our garage, its broken and wont open so i know we didn't miss it. And there has been no notice in our mail, we check it everyday. The court has nothing in their system showing a notice was filed with them. So whats going on?? She tells us we have two days left on the notice to move but I never freakin got a notice. I dont even know the total of what she is asking for on the rest of the month. What happens if I honestly have not gotten a 5 day notice from this lady despite her claims she stuck one to our door. She didn't even knock to try and hand it to us, i'm here all day everyday. She didnt even say she tried knocking. She just said she taped it to the garage. So now what???

Ok had this up before but i tweaked it. So my husband and i want to buy a house. My score is pretty low, under 600. His MAY be 600. We have 40-50% in downpayment money. I dont want to pay my credit off cause its all so old and about to fall off in a matter of months to maybe a year from now. Its medical bills and minor stuff. Never had credit cards so its not actual credit i was extended that i didnt pay. No cars repo'd or anything like that. I know my cousin had his home foreclosed on in 2009 and was able to buy a new more expensive one with no co-signer in 2010 with not nearly as much money down as i have. So i know it CAN be done especially with the market how it is. Im in Vegas and the housing market is great for buying right now since damn near everything is empty and dirt cheap. So honestly, with that much down in a starving market who can i go through to finance me for a home for $100k or under?

I am 1 yr and 4 months me and now that I have some length to my hair I would like to dye it on the ends only and dont want to use chemicals. I read that Henna is really good for dying hair but I am so confused as to what I should buy to achieve the color I want. My hair is brown already but its a medium brown. I want a lighter shade of brown on my ends for a two toned look. How do I get that look? Do I just get regular henna and mix it as normal and apply it? Do I leave it longer for lighter color? Do I mix it with something else to getting light brown on the ends? My hair is about 4B and shoulder length if that helps any. Let me know any personal experience with henna and getting a light brown effect. I dont want it red, a nice auburn would be ok though. Thanks!

Is there any website to go to where I can find instant online info about a marriage in Illinois? Here where I live you can just go to the state website and type in the parties names and pull up when they were married. I can't find such a site for Illinois though.

I am trying to book a hotel in Chicago for dates in June 2009 but I don't want my card to be charged when I make the reservation. I know some hotels or booking sites use to do that but it seems all of them want to charge you the full amount right away at the time of making the reservation online. Are there any that don't do that and just hold the card on file and charge you either at the time of actual check in or when you check out? I tried travelocity, which I was told didn't charge, but they do. Thanks!
