I have walls that are cracking as well as ceilings and I know that my house needs to be jacked up to make it level again but I dont know where to get the jacks, how to use them and what to do when the floor joist is level to keep it there

what is the statute of limitations on collecting a debt in kansas?? I have two agencies that insisted that I give them permission to post date checks and take them directly out of my checking account,I am told that since I am on social security disability they cannot garnish my account,how do I notify these companies that I am ending the agreement and that I am unable to pay these amounts. One company wants post dated checks a year in advance. another company said the original person I owed couldnt collect because statute of limitations had been passed so it was turned over to the collection agency do they have a time limit too.One I have been paying for five years every month and it is draning me.When i called both companies and asked who they were collecting for and how much had been paid to each creditor they told me they couldnt give me that info

I had a government school loan,it has been sold to different companies several times, I was paying on it,then they garnished my paycheck,according to my records I have repaid it but now they have come back saying I owe more than I even started with

I am really broke and someone suggested that I take one of these jobs where I talk on the phone and get paid by the minute for time I am logged into that company.I am afraid they are illegal,does anyone know about this . One I looked at said that it isnt a site for sexually explicit talk which would be great just to talk to someone who is lonely and make money while doing it.
