I am looking to lease a new X3 right now and wanted help for you guys, especially those who had had the experience of leasing a BMW before. The question I have is about the amount my monthly payments are coming down to. It is relatively high. I was checking the web articles to calculate how much your payments should come to, and after doing the math of Residual - MSRP + Interest rate and all that and it comes around $500. But this guy I m talking to right now says my monthly payments would be $598 after a deposit of $5000. Now he s telling me that he s adding DMV fees, gas fee, tire recycling fee, inspection fee and the dealer admin fee so it goes up to this total.

So guys help me out here, am I being ripped off or these fees actually do come in play? Thanks in advance guys.

It usually happens when I workout. My workouts are around 5-6 pm in the evening, and my sleep time is about 11:30. I have always wondered if the same thing happens with others/bodybuilders. Is there a supplement I can take before sleep. Only when I take a pill, Tylenol pm or any pain killer, it helps me get to sleep with no problems, but I don't want to be taking pills every time I workout. I have tried taking my daily vitamins pill with potassium and magnesium supplement before bed, but that only helps some times, not always. Please help, any advice would do great
