My phone's screen is doing things on its on and I can barely control its screen. I can barely text or can I unlock my screen without using my fingerprint. I did drop my phone and it got white lines at the bottom of it after it started to do things on its own. I forced restarted it. I turn it off and back on. I factory reset it. I even put it in the freezer. My friend suggested that it is because of the service I am with ( Metro PCS) if the blame is on me dropping my phone. Can you guys suggest ways I can get a new phone considering I have no insurance on the phone nor do I have money to get a new one.

I dropped my phone now it's doing whatever it wants on its own.

At the art institutes of Houston it cost almost half the price to just do graphic design rather than the graphic and web design class. But which would be better for a career in advertising as a graphic designer.
