So I was a mail carrier at USPS. Long story short I got into an accident without reporting it. I had a fender bender. I gave my information to the lady I hit so I can fix it at my own expense but unknowingly that was against the rules so I resigned in June. Now it's November and I'm still getting pay stubs with $0.00 since the day I resigned. I just want my accumulated annual leave. It's like they're keeping me active so they will not have to pay it. I tried contacting my union but they are ignoring me... I even paid union dues. I emailed HR three weeks ago my resignation yet again and I'm still active as an employee they did nothing. My badge still works. My manager lied she never filed my resignation or terminated me.. I'm just wondering what should I do? I could be working right now because they did nothing. It seems like I should be getting back pay because of this.

I was putting the mail inside the mailbox and suddenly the dog got out from under the gate... I started running and he got me on the calf and broke the skin

i had witnesses and pictures

never reported it to the police or animal control I went straight back to the post office

Do I have a case? and how much can I get?

I see that Canadian National is hiring for Freight Conductor

I searched the salary and it said $76,000

If that is correct then wow.... that is incredible

I applied for CSX and Conrail in the past and they were paying $24-27/hr

and I looked on a review for Canadian National and they said you can easily top $100,000 there with all the overtime they have...

and someone turned it on... it gave me the address

Can the police quickly get a warrant for it? It was stolen in Detroit

You get beat up to a coma

you wake up and do not know anything... or you remembered how to use the bathroom but because of the coma you have to start back over again because the memory is gone.... it seize to exist
