Hopeless

I have a problem, and I am at the end of my rope. We have five cats, and they are all very unfriendly. One of them is always hiding up in the ceiling going to the bathroom up there, and I just can't get the cat down. When he does come down, he jump on all of my Nicnacs and has broken a few things. When he sees me, he runs up into the ceiling again, and I guess I am just tired of him jumping down on my things and breaking them and going to the bathroom up there. The thing is I have never did anything to these cats or hurt them in any way, so I don't understand why they don't like me. All I want to do is patch up the whole in the ceiling to keep the cat from going up there, but how can I do that when the cat is always up there? Of I had my way, I would take the cats to the Humane Society, but the owner of the house doesn't want to do that. The hole in the ceiling was made by the plumber about a year or two ago when we had plumbing problems. Any suggestions?

My room mate has early dementia, and her license has been revoked, although she still owns her mini van, and is still making payments on it. I am her power of attorney, and I am making the payments for her every month. Well, she has been going out to her mini van, and attempts to drive it, and if her son wasn't there at the time, she would have driven it. She has trouble expressing herself, so if she were to get lost, it would not be cool, and she has a history of getting lost. Well, while she was in the bathroom, I took her car keys out of her purse out of concern for her safety. But now, she is very upset, because she can't find her car keys. Is there a place where I can get car keys to resemble her keys? Or is there another way I can handle this? Please, help. I don't like seeing her upset, and I am at the end of my rope, and I am not there all the time, because of my work schedule, and taking care of my boyfriend.

I would like to know how I can use a tampon painlessly. This is my first time using one, and so far, I have used two. The first one was so painful after about an hour that I had to remove it, and it was painful removing it. Then when I did it the second time, the pain was so bad that I removed it after a half an hour. Also, the second time, I still had blood everywhere, so it didn't even seem to be working. I often wonder how girls can use them, although, I would like to learn how, because it would be more convenient for me. I inserted it as far as I could. Any suggestions?

Awhile back, my computer was screwed up, and I lost my files. I went to Best Buy, and they found my files, but now, my recent places, my pictures, desktop, and documents are under the heading, "favorites", and there is nothing under "library" any more. How can I get my folders back into the library?

My boyfriend has to have Triple Bypass Surgery, which will most likely take place on January 5th. He is 79 years old, and has always been in good shape, and his weight is normal for his height. He is a diabetic. I am a nervous wreck. He is everything to me, and I keep imagining the worst. The surgeon tells us that he has a 95% chance of making it through the operation without any complications, but I am still very scared. Can anyone tell me what it's like? Can anyone ease my mind? I am presently dating a guy, who is 31 years older than I am, but he is extremely shy.
