Hello All!

The first bit of information I will give you is that I work at a non-profit 501c3 Christian College.

My boss called me into a meeting, and he said that he is cutting my hours, and my new job focus would be on two things, and two things only: Work (I wont get into too much detail), and Ministering to the people around campus.

My boss has told me that in order to continue working there, I must get my face in the Bible, and this is completely non-negotiable.

I've told him that I work 4 other ministries, but he said it did not matter because unless people can see the "Jesus in me", then the ministry that I do at the college is worthless. He also said that other people have found me to be very awkward, but he won't say who, but they are student leadership. Other than being a bit unethical, I guess Matthew 18:15 goes out the window, eh?

I am Christian, let me make that clear. I am an I.T. guy at this job.

I am paid by the college to work (not walk around and chat), and in my job description (which I never got in the first place) it states nothing about ministering to those around me.

When I do raise a gripe to H.R., they say that my heart needs to be in the right place.

Since a few months ago, I got reprimanded for not ministering enough, so I devoted about 40% of my time to 'ministering' and walking around making sure things are alright, but this is not enough, it would seem.

I am deeply troubled by this, can someone help me see clearly?

I have a black full face helmet that has "LS2" logos on the front, back, and both sides. It's quite hideous and i'd like to get it blacked out. Is there any way to do this without using paint?

I thought getting some black saran wrap, some shiny black square decals (just full black), but the problem is I don't know where to start. I figured starting here would be my best bet. Any ideas for covering up these ads?

Id like to mount my keyboard ;like they have their setup at a music store, how do I dothat with my keyboard?

I want to play keyboard through USB MIDI to reaper (DAW) on a clicktrack live.

Since I am playing with a click track, I was hoping to make it so I can click play, and the VST could change to a Piano, then after 8 bars change to something symphonic, then after 16 bars change to a piano again.

Is this possible to do in Reaper or Ableton?

It would be neat to have a flask of ever boiling water at room temperature, or would it just convert to gas? What if you had enough liquid in a vacuum where there isn't enough space to convert into gaseous water vapor?

I want to connect a dell monitor that is 21.5" with the DVI end, and the other end to my thunderbolt enabled mac [circa 2011], but it isn't recognizing the secondary monitor.

I tried command f2 and command f1, that didn't do anything, i'm out of ideas.

I have a soundboard with 2 1/4" L/R audio outputs and I want to couple these into one. It would be much like a regular Y-cable, but backwards, instead of from an iPod to a mixer, I want L/R mixer to one stereo 1/4" audio. RCA 2 into 1 would work as well. When I tried doing this, I got the wrong kind and if I tried going 2 into 1, it would be very quiet or wouldn't work at all. Is there a special cord I could buy? Thanks!

Of course It wont be full speed, but if I order a USB 3.0 data stick, will it be faster on usb 2.0 ports than a usb 2.0 data stick? Or would they be the same speed?

I have noticed for the last few years I have this light tan crap coming out of my mouth, the source is the top right of my mouth near the very back near the nasal passages. I can scrape it out with the very back of my tongue. It smells like crap (no I don't eat any, thanks.), and I was wondering if this had anything to do with an infection or if I should see a doctor about this.

I want a new vertical mounting license plate for my motorcycle and it wont have a light, but I'm wondering if it is legal to actually do that. Does it have to be lit at night, or could it be unlit? Thanks.

I have to wear a helmet to go to the grocery store or to school 5 miles away, it's understandable but...would be a bit nicer to not have to worry about wearing a lid for short rides, is this going to be repealed any time soon?

Issue two: I was recently confused as a gas pump employee told me to run my own credit card, after I was already used to having the guy run my card and handing me the pump nozzle to pump my own gas. Is the whole "you're too dumb to pump your own gas" law gonna be repealed here soon?

I understand that AU and P/NP do not effect the GPA (or does it?), and that I do NOT recieve money back for the classes, My question is,

Is this going to be bad for my financial aid, and will this show up on my transcript? if it does show up on my transcript, what could that mean? Would I have to retake the class to get that removed?
