My kitten wont stop meowing!!?
My kittens about 3-4 weeks old and i am starting school tomorrow! thank god its only a half a day but i can let this kitten wonder in my room theeres too many spaces were she can hide and get stuck or i just wont be able to find her! so for her home when she sleeps its a 1 foot 9 inches by 1 foot 9 inches box and i cut a hole in it leading to a closed off corner in my room which is approximatley 2 feet 5 inches by 2 feet so she has plenty of room to play in. her toys are 2 balls a fluffy cat that supposed to be a bookmark and fluffy bear and a half of a plastic egg and then i will roll up some paper so she can hit that around thats outside the box and then in the box i have blankets a fluffy robe of mine that she loves and a semi big stuffed gorilla also in the outside areea theres a rug (even though my room is rug) and her litter box. she tries to get out so bad but she needs to stay in there because i have 6 hours of school starting in too days. i dont know what to do to make her feel safe and okay in the corner shes in there right now but she stopped trying to get out cause she fell asleep and shes not ready to get off the bottle but i put a cup of water anyway. i dont know what to do to make her feel safe! any suggestions???

2 AnswersCats9 years agoHow come my kitten keeps meowing when i put her in her box?
I found an abbondened kitten 4 days ago it seems the kitten is around 3-4 weeks old.
My dad doesnt really want me to have her so i have to keep her in my room since shes in my room i keep her in this box that is 1 foot 9 inches by 1 foot 9 inches, i put her in there and she claws the sides tries to jump to get out, i keep her out all day petting her playing with her and she falls asleep on me, but then once i put her in her box, she starts meowing like crazy and tries to get out, what i do then is take her out and put her on my lap or my bed and she stays quite, i dunno what to do, also i have a little litter box in there (i made it with small boxes) but i read that you shouldnt put in litter so i shreaded up magazine and put it in there and she still rather pee on me then the litter box -_- i still wipe her bum with a warm washcloth, but she pees on her own, but not poop, i have her on the KMR formula and i don't know when to put her on solids, or water?
so overall my questions are:
what should i do about the box problem?
how to train her to use the litter box and when to stop with the wiping of the bum?
when do i switch to water and solid food?
and also if you have any tips and tricks and care guides list as many as possible! i'm only 15 and i have to care for her on my own!!!!
