I'm 33 and my breast are growing as if I'm in puberty again and it's not due to weight gain. A few of my friends around the same age are experiencing the same thing. I went from a C cup to a D cup. Please help!!!

Everytime I use it and I orgasm, my stomach is poked out for about an hour or two after I'm finished. I'm not in any pain, but do you know what could be causing this? I'm slightly concerned.
