I took my galaxy s3 to get a replacement battery. when i went into the store, the guy looked at my phone, and took it in the backroom. when he came back he told me i needed to buy a new phone, and tried selling me the s4 at $650 at $22 a month added to my bill. he then told me i had to switch to the framily plan at $55 plus $10 for data, $20 for insurance and then all the fees. so it added up to between $90-$100 a month, plus $22 for the phone payment.

I didn't have time for all this as i was late for work. took my phone and left. one of the guys at work, who works in the wireless center looked at the phone, and the battery has a white spot on the back of it, and the corner of the battery opposite of the connectors is suddenly red, meaning water damage.

i have kept my phone in an otterbox case for the entire 1 1/2 years i have owned this phone. it has never been dropped so i don't know how it could get water damage other than the sprint employee trying to sell me a phone by damaging it to gain commision.

is this act a legitimate reason to get out of my contract without having to pay the termination fee, or should i see about filing a lawsuit as they damaged my property?

I want to get a tattoo on the day after I have all of my teeth extracted, and was wondering if it is a good idea? I know that I am going to be in a lot of pain, and not sure what else to expect really.

my Toshiba laptop has been acting up. and today while I was on a website it crashed. screen went black, and when I rebooted it just keeps flashing realtek and going through the same things saying to check Ethernet cable and it failed and keeps doing that. is there any hope of me being able to reboot it or will I have to take it somewhere

I am currently being garnished for my student loans. I received a letter in the mail saying that since I have been at my current job for 12 months that they have the right to take my money. I have emailed them and called them over this because I have only been at my job for 8 months. can I stop this for the next 4 months or is there nothing that I can do?

I've read online where people are saying he isn't into his matches the last 2 weeks, but honestly i don't see it. I think he is still showing as much passion for wrestling that he has since he came back. What do you think?
