Sounds super random, but my sister, Amber died when I was 11 and I really want an owl tattoo, but have always said if I get a tattoo, it will have something to do with my sister. Okay, so my friends and I are trying to figure out what names fit our personalities. I need help BADLY!

So I'm not what you would call "normal". I'm not goth or emo or whatever (at least not style wise!), but I love dark things! I spend a lot of my time at graveyards, investigating paranormal things, researching the paranormal, doing crafts, sewing, etc. My favorite animal is an owl, my favorite holiday is halloween, my favorite color is turquiose, my favorite tv show is....I'm undecided about that. That's another thing, I'm very indecisive.

If you had to rename me, what would my name be???

Okay, so before I get started, just let me say that I'm not one of those girls that is 140lbs and freaking out because I'm fat. I'm about 190lbs, 5"5" and 18. I know HOW to lose weight, so please don't say "eat less exercise more". I cannot for the life of me stay motivated to lose this weight. I always get really depressed about not losing very much in the first month (I tend to lose about 5lbs, but I always gain it back because I give up) and just stop. My mom and dad are always trying to lose weight too, but they are way too busy and when they get a chance to eat, it's normally something they don't have to drive across town to get, so they aren't much help, even though they try. I would DIE to be 140lbs, but I get depressed about it, which is crazy because that's what got me into this dang mess! Thanks for any suggestions that you may have, I really appreciate this.

I miss a lot of school because of illness (legit illness!) and today she told me to drop out! It's the most hurtful thing anyone has ever told me. She acted like I'm not good enough to graduate. But all I really want is her support! Without it, I will never get better and never graduate! I've worked so hard to keep up and get acceptable grades! What should I do? I can't stop crying!

First off, let me tell you that this was a REAL situation that I have recently encountered! Now, onto the story!

A woman was yelling at a teenaged girl, and a young boy told her that she needed to stop. The woman then started yelling at the boy, saying things such as "do you REALLY think that you can talk to an a-dult like that!?!" (had to put a-dult bc we say uh-dult where I live!) and "you need to shut your f*****g mouth" etc. The boy continued to challenge this woman until she finally stood up, walked up to him, stood extremely close to him (like bumping herself into him) and repeatedly said "really". The boy, doing what I would expect any boy to do in this situation (note: this woman was a complete stranger to the boy!) and pushed hisself away from her. The woman grabbed his arms, violently throwing them away from her. The boy began to cry, yelling for his mother. The mother rushed over and confronted the woman. My friends dad and I tried to wave down a police car, but they didn't see us. By that time, I was extremely upset, and asked my friends if I should call 911. Of course, they all said yes. When the mother went to leave, I told her that she needed to stay, because the police were on there way. At this point, the mother started yelling at me, saying it wasn't my place to call the police. I of course disagreed, and her and her mother began harassing me. Long story short, the police came, the first officer said that it wasnt assault. Then an officer I have been close to for years came, calmed me down and called more officers to take reports. And then the family of the boy, who very clearly told me and an officer that he felt very threatened, said "she doesn't even know what shes talking about. She isn't even an adult." lol I'm an adult! Just because I don't look like one doesn't mean I'm not! <that part kinda made my day! Don't judge age by appearances! Haha

Anyways, if you were in this situation, would you have done the same thing that I had done? Thanks!

I have no clue what I want for christmas! I am a seventeen year old girl. I don't want any more makeup, I don't think I will ever finish what I have, I can get clothes other times. What would you ask for if you were me?

I'm dog sitting a 5 month old puppy for a week. I have tried everything ans I can't get her to eat or drink very much at all! I have also had her outside for around an hour and she won't potty! Help!

Today my parents told me that I can't go to the family reunion because there isn't enough room in the vehicle and my dad doesn't want me to take my car because it doesn't have air conditioning. I have gone over 10 hours when the temperature was around 110 degrees (f) and this is only a four hour drive and it's going to be about 87 degrees. I can't go but the foster kids who have never met my family and won't even care get to go. How can I get my parents to let me drive????

So, I think I know what college I want to go to. Its in the town that I live in, it offers my major and minor, its private, there are a lot of strict rules, which I like, the average class size is 24, tuition is fairly low for a private college (around 17,000), and 99% of their students get financial aide. BUT, Im not sure for some reason. What are some things that attracted you to a college?

By the way, I'm 17, and i'm supposed to be graduating in 2011, but that depends if i get into a credit recovery class.

I am part of a robotics team at my highschool. As it is the off season we are doing presentations, and every person is supposed to be in charge of one completely by themselves. My presentation is on the 21st and I talked to my mentor earlier today and he said since my phone was having problems somebody else made the plans for it! This is constantly happening to me and two other PR people. These girls, whom we call the gods, always take our projects and when they don't they take the credit. Robotics has been a huge part of my life and even my grades have suffered. It's always constant drama and I've lost friends over it. Do you think I should quit? What would you do?
