  • How long do I need to wait after getting pneumonia?

I have a newborn son and while I was at the hospital with him my fiance kept the room very cold and on the last night I got a fever of 101.4 and went home. I tried to sleep it off but my fever climbed all the way up to 103.3. I went to a clinic and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I received a shot of antibiotics and a weeks supply of Levaquin.

I've taken on of my pills and it's the next day now. My fever's gone and I'm only coughing a little bit. I was wondering when it would be safe to go home to my little boy without putting him at risk of catching whatever caused me to get pneumonia. Help?

  • How do you get to route 230 in platinum?

In Platinum at either side of the fight area are two people blocking the way. One tells me to challenge the frontier, the other says I should fill up my pokedex. So what exactly do I have to do to gain access?

  • How many pages in Welcome to the Monkey House?

I'm doing a book review in order to graduate but I lost my copy and need to know the number of pages. So does anyone have a paperback copy of Welcome to the Monkey House by Kurt Vonnegut that they'd be willing to take a glance at the last page number? Please. Copyright would be helpful too.

  • Should I tighten my expander twice to make up for a day?

I have a pallet expander on my top jaw and I missed a day tightening it. My dad wants to tighten it twice to make up for it but I'm nervous about doing something like that. This thing is uncomfortable enough by itself and I don't even know if that would be healthy.

So...a little help from someone with a bit more knowledge into this area.

  • I was wondering if inhaling marker fumes as if to get high can cause birth defects for an unborn child?

My girlfriend was experimenting with marker fumes. I've told her to stop but she doesn't believe it can harm the child, in the best interest of myself and my unborn child I would like to clarify whether or not she or myself is correct.

If she's right then this will be to put me at ease and if I'm correct then I'll use it to make her stop.

  • A seventeen year old and a fourteen years old, in Arkansas, is it legal?

Couldn't find the right spot to put this in the legal section so here it is here. Sooo I accepted the advance of a girl at my school only to find out that she is under my "usual cut off age". I don't want to end it but I was wondering the legal implications is such a relationship.

I suppose to make things more interesting you may offer opinions on the morality of such a situation as well, but only if you first give me verifiable legal information. Legal first, moral second.

    So answers please?

  • View on cheating?

My girlfriend and I have been together for nine months and today her best friend asked if I would care if they did something sexual. I said no because that would be cheating but she explained that since they are both female and friends with no interest in a relationship then it is not cheating. To me that sounds like a complete load of crap.

I'm bi and a monogamist, as is my girlfriend. My girlfriend has actually stated that she doesn't want to actually do anything because she isn't attracted much to the friend and also because she doesn't like the thought of cheating on me or vice versa.

Her friend is a polygamist and says that she has a boyfriend and a girlfriend at the same time quite often. She also has said that my views are, well no point since it would only be censored out.

So what do you guys think about cheating in terms of gender? I have my views but what are your's? Would you let your boy/girlfriend mess around with someone under certain conditions such as gender?

  • What's happening with bisexuals?

When I first started looking around I was one of the few open bisexuals, now there's more and more. Basically what I want to know is why are so many bisexuals who are using their sexuality as an excuse to cheat. I understand and can even accept polygamy, even though I could never do it myself, but I get tired of people saying that because they are bi they need to be with both a man and a woman at the same time and then still try to pass it off as love. Whatever happened to love being devoting yourself to your significant other? Where's the loyalty anymore? I don't mind open relationships but how can you still pass it off as love?

So what I want to know is am I really the only bisexual monogamist left out there?

  • Now what do they do?

I posted a question about my friends getting married. Well they're actually going through with it. One's seventeen and the other's sixteen and they are getting married to get her away from her father. Yes it is legal, the age in her state without parental consent is fifteen for women and seventeen for men.

Well they are getting married in a few days and once again I worryt for their well being, kinda seems like they're setting themselves up for a crash. I still want to help them though. So basically I was wondering if, since they are both independant of their houses and married will the state still provide for their education? I think that they want to finish school and are both really smart, I hate to see intelligence go to waste, and do want them to be happy. He's done a lot for me and even if I think he's making a mistake I want to help him in any way I know how.

  • What should I get for my girlfriend?

I'm going up to see my girlfriend for the first time in forever. She lives like eight hours away and I'm only going to get to spend a day or two down there, so I want to make it special because I have no idea when the next time we'll get to see each other again in person. So any ideas?

  • What would happen if my 18 year old friend and my 16 year old friend got married?

Apparently the laws in Mississippi say that a female can marry at fifteen and a male at seventeen, without parental permission. The girl who is sixteen has an abusive father and needs a way out. I already think that their marriage plan is a risky way out of it but that's not what I'm asking. If they do get married will she be able to escape from her father? Will the marriage only be legal in Mississippi or can they move away from the afforementioned father?
