Last year I lost 35 pounds on the hcg diet, only gained back 5! so was successful. Question is has anyone tired following the diet , without using hcg & had same results? want to lose 20 more pounds, but the program costs 350, a month! also it might have worked because paying that much I stuck to the diet, which is very hard!!!! Also has anyone tried the bovari clinics?, any good?? anyone tried any other plans that worked??

has anyone tried HcG injections for weight loss? did it work & was it worth the money? Opinions please.

Has any one had any success with diet pills, over the counter, or perscription, going to get a check up, and would like to ask my doctor for some, want a poll as to which ones work best, so I'll know what to ask for, need to lose about 35 pounds, thanks

I have a serious toenail fingus, that lamisil can't cure. the Doctor suggested I should have it removed with lazer , will it grow back, if not would the toe always be sensitve, ie, someone steps on my foot, also how funny would this look, when I wear sandles?

A friend of mine, has a son who takes Ritilin for his ADD, she found out that he was crushing the pill, and putting it in his nose, she asked me if this was harmful, but I have never heard of taking a pill this way. Does anyone know if this would alter the effects of his med? Would it cause problems with his sinuses? Seems srange to me.

Help! I have a very exspensive cream, linen table cloth, red candle wax has driped onto it, I let it harden, and have tried to scrape the wax off, but it has left red stains, how can I save this??
