I am going to replace my faucet as it is leaking, but the bottom piece that I turn to let the water out of the tub (in the floor of the tub) is leaking water - or letting water seep out when I take a bath. I need to replace that as well but don't know the name for it.

I have a two and seven year old, work full time, and my house is really dirty. I am not used to having a dirty home, but I just don't have time to keep it clean like I used to. I was clothes, but by the time I get them folded, I'm taking more out of the dryer. Kitchen sink never is empty. I need suggestions on how to get caught up and keep it clean.
