When you buy a CD or book from Amazon, how much does the author/artist get? How does the system work and is it better to buy from somewhere like HMV if you want to make sure the majority of what you pay goes to the artist?

Me & my friends (2 boys Ben & Ashley and three girls Beth, Daisy and Danni) are in a science team and have entered a contest where you design a Mars Rover. We're through to the final round of the contest but still can't think of a team name, so any suggestions would be great. I've never played Pokemon before but I really want to start. I have a DS, but would be willing to but another handheld console if it isn't too expensive (though DS games are preferable). So, in your opinion, which is the best game to start on?

I've just bought loads of new cds, and when I tried to import them to iTunes, it couldn't find the disc. I've restarted the computer, cleaned the disc and tray, and when I go to Computer and click on the drive, it just flashes up and says 'please insert a disc'. Can anyone help?
