What is the name of the song playing in the new American Idol: Season 9 commercial?
OK. I have been looking for this song for several hours with no success. Here is the YouTube video link.

The only words that are said during the commercial are "Oh this is the time, of my life."
I tried to Google that without any success. All I get is David Cook this and David Cook that but I tried downloading that song and I know that it is not the one.

I am looking to buy a boat. The Gross weight of the boat and trailer come to a combined weight of 4,285 lbs. (1,944kg). Most manufactuers do not list towing capacity on their sites, so my question is, is there a way to determine what this is based on the information provided on the company's website?
I do not want to buy a full size truck that can haul 15,000 lbs if there is a midsize that can tow 7500lbs.

In the music video Heaven, by DJ Sammy, at 2:26 to 2:28, a gentleman holds his hand to the screen. On his palm he has a tattoo that looks like a language charachter.

I reside in Ontario Canada and I was issued a speeding ticket. The make of the vehicle is correct, Pontiac, but the year written down was 08, and this is impossible simply because they stopped producing Sunfires somwhere in 2005/2006.
Is this enough grounds to fight the ticket and win?
