I have a Dell Inspiron 1545. The old fan was loud and then just stopped working. I just replaced it with a new one but it won't work. It will turn for about 5 seconds upon start-up and then just stops. I tried cleaning it, even though it's brand new. I've also tried disconnecting and then reconnecting it. Any suggestions?

Is there an FAA regulation regarding how long a flight can be delayed until it must be canceled?

My mother-in-law has some feet issues and has found that the flip flops she wears with the vinyl mesh padding is the most comfortable for her. The problem is that she can't find them anymore and the ones she wears now are almost shot. I haven't been able to find them online ANYWHERE!!!!!!!! Anyone know where I can find them???? The padding is a lot like the vinyl mesh padding on floor mats. I've attached a link to a floor mat site so you can see the padding I'm talking about. Thanks!!!!!!!!

I know this is a hot button topic. Hopefully someone can help. My fiancee and I are getting married next month in a very small ceremony. By small, I mean about 10 guests. It is not so much a wedding as it is an elopement ceremony with a few friends and family. Originally, my fiancee and I told our close family that we'd get married at a courthouse and then have a nice honeymoon next year. It was our family who suggested we go out for dinner. We told them we couldn't afford to pay for everyone and they told us that that was not their intention anyway. So it is understood that everyone is paying for their own meals.

I asked a couple of my friends to witness the ceremony. After I told them what the plans are after the ceremony, they asked if they could join us for dinner. I did not invite them because I didn't want them to think I'd pay. I told them they would need to pay and they said they already knew they would.

The problem is my fiancee asked a few of her friends to be at the ceremony and then asked: "You want to join us for the dinner?" They accepted. Now she is not sure if they expect to be treated or if they know they won't be. I told her to err on the side of caution and assume the former. Now she wants to make it clearer to them but is not sure how to word it. She is not as comfortable saying this to her friends as I am with mine. Any ideas?

More importantly, we want to ask a few more people to witness the ceremony. She wants to do this via physical invitations. She also wants to let them know what the dinner plans are on the invites but wants to make it clear we can't pay. I understand there may not be ANY tactful way to word it. Some will say we shouldn't invite them if we can't pay for them. I understand; but we would like them to be at the dinner also - if they can't, it's their choice and we'd understand. Please...any ideas?!

I was using FB just fine about an hour ago. I went to FB about 30 minutes ago and when I logged in, it prompted me to create a profile. So now I have no more pictures, no more statuses, nothing! I thought my account was gone but then I was able to see my "old" profile from my "new" profile so that means my "old" profile is still active. However, I can't access it! I would create a new profile but I want the pictures from the "old" one. And my setting is private so I can't access MY profile unless I request myself as a friend. But since I can't access the account, I can't accept myself as a friend. What the hell is going on and what can I do?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

When the hell is it coming out on DVD?!?!?!?! I can't find a thing for it! And no, I don't want to download it. I just want to know when it's coming out on DVD. This movie has no information on even a POSSIBLE release date.

I was wondering; when you intend to conduct any kind of business at an apartment complex, do you need to get the approval of the property manager and/or owner?

For example, if a bunch of the tenants were to hire me to do something that is not the responsibility of the landlord/property manager, do I need to get the property management's permission?

I am getting a deal where I can buy 2 Blu-rays and get 2 Blu-rays for free. My wife is getting two and I am getting two. She has her two picked out and I only have one. I have narrowed it down to two choices for the second one. They are Quantum of Solace and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

I have Casino Royale and the first Transformers. I have not seen Quantum yet and have only seen Revenge once. I loved both Casino and Transformers. I thought Revenge was pretty good (especially with the action) but not as good as the original overall.

So which one do you think I should get and why?

I was wondering, and this may vary according to different jurisdictions, if the dispositions of criminal charges are a matter of public record?

For instance, if someone were arrested for any charge, and they are NOT a minor, do I have a right to know whether or not the person was found guilty or not guilty? I know that minors' records are sealed and some adult records are sealed depending on the circumstances. But if the record is not "sealed" and the person is a legal adult, can I go to the court that saw the case and request a record of disposition for that person?
